Well we don't have dindus here is Aus. We have poor working class whites and degenerate drg addicted whites. Either way their familes have lived in the areas for generations and have (or had) some sense of commnity and identity that wasn't based on bullshit liberal ideololgy.
Our equivalent to dindus are middle easten immigrants who all settled out in suburbs that are yet to be 'gentrified' although that change in culture is a whole nother story.
Obviously I can't comment on US gentrification as I haven't seen the cultural values up close and can't be fucked making a judgment.
The people who live there get a ton of money when they sell their property. Much more than they bought it for.

Yes, the upper class suburbs have their own culture.
The low class areas have their own culture too.
And the gentrified suburbs have their own culture, different to the other two.
You have to ask yourself, who has enough shekels to afford a nice house in a nice area, but decides to move to the 'trendy' part of town that they only know about from crime reports in the evening news from their childhood?
I'll give you a clue, its not people with a strong moral code and sense of community pride.

It was up and coming in the '80s, fell out of vougue in mid '90s. Now it's the shithole of West London.
It reduces niggers but it's not as great as some people think. You end up with neighborhoods that have nicer places and higher rents, but there are still niggers everywhere. So basically you end up paying $1000+ a month to rent in a place where your car is vandalized daily and you can get stabbed from checking your mail, if the nogs didn't steal that as well. Hipsters and numales are also terrible businessmen with shitty work ethic, so a lot of the properties they fix are half-finished, and many of the businesses they start only last a year or so. I've seen countless hipster stores go under and get turned back into muslim-run cornerstores that sell loose cigarettes and blunt wraps to niggers.
The worst part is these people come around and act like their doing everyone a favor with their half hearted bullshit, when in reality they just end up like dirty slumlord kikes that think a fresh coat of paint justifies doubling the cost of living in a niggertown.
