I wouldn't think the front office is accountable except for the horrendous medical decisions. For that I think that the Mets need to clean house. They have enough good prospects and GOOD FUCKING PLAYERS WHO ARE ON THE DL that they can be competitive next year. But as long as we have this reckless troupe of morons running our team we will fall below expectations every season. The only time we've been healthy since the beginning of 2015 was September-October 2015.
