Will the new season of Twin Peaks be great and revolutionary like season one or will it be like season two, an insufferable piece of absolute garbage? What do you guys think? Pic related.

Lynch is directing every episode, so it will be GOAT.

That storyline was great though

I liked it when Audrey got Zane'd

the first nine episodes and the final episode of season 2 were all goat so it has more good episodes than season one

>great
Yes
>revolutionary
In what way?

Ben deserved better. He had serious potential as antagonist.

Stories that were utter shit:
Ben Horne reinacting the civil war with toy soldiers
Nadine being a super strong college girl
Catherine dressing up like Japanese businessman Mr. Tojamura
James Hurley going out of town fixing strangers cars
Normas mom being a secret food reviewer

Things that took too much space:
Shelly and Bobby taking care of vegetable Leo

It's going to be completely different from what anyone expects and everyone's going to hate it, just like they did with Fire Walk With Me.

There were nothing like it on TV back then. Might not seem groundbreaking now but it was back then. This was before the X-Files.

Out of those, James is the only objectively bad.

Nadine and Ben Horne are objectively bad as well. Literally being weird for the sake of being weird.
>m-muh surreal lynch show!

>Catherine dressing up like Japanese businessman Mr. Tojamura
Yeah - this was bizarre to say the least.

Leave Ben Horne alone though, he at least developed as a character.

Really makes you think

Did he? He went from human trafficking and having sex with prostitutes, including Laura and luring Coop to a certain death by Renault to be a likeable comic relief playing with toys?

Doesn't he stop being evil, and instead campaigns to save an animal or something.

Though thinking about it, was that a way he was trying to steal the mill back?

>James Hurley going out of town fixing strangers cars

That. But James was a shit character anyway

that whole crew was dope

But he did all those things with class, user. That makes it entertaining. Evil isn't necessarily vile and vicious; at the highest levels of society, it captivates the witness. This is the human condition.

You don't seem to get the point. I'm only reacting to his little 'episode' reinacting the civil war. That was nothing of what you said.

>Ben Horne
>bad

pretty plebeian thing to say

Donna > Shelley > Annie > Laura > Norma > Josie > Nadine > the rest

>Donna
>best

Maybe if it's Moira Kelly Donna, but you should have specified.

TV Donna. I feel bad for you, having such terrible taste in women.

>an insufferable piece of absolute garbage?
this since lynch is doing it.

Friendly reminder lynch is a hack and mulholland drive is one of the worst movies ever made
