Guys.. I fucked up.. I have been trying to get quit cocaine for a while but failed. I recently discovered a 4mm perforation in my nose. I threw all my coke out and am freaking out.
Anyone have any experience with this? Any chance of it closing on its own? Everything i have read online says it probably wont happen, but they usually talk about larger holes.
Anyone ever had a surgery to repair?
Anyone have any experience with a septal button as treatment?
I want to know what to expect.

Happened to my roommate. We still do blow. Just not up the nose anymore. It's not going to get better. But it's not that big of a deal. You might have to deal with more snoring and sinus infections. Just mix the coke in with a drink or put it up your butt.

I was doing an 8 ball almost every week. I would pick up on Thursday and finish it on Sunday night. There were some weeks I would skip just to give my nose a break. I did this pretty consistently for about 9 months.
Prior to this last time period, i was only doing a teen every three weeks. I started doing it more often after i lost my job.
I about 4 years ago i had picked up the habit and was doing an 8 ball every weekend for about a year until i noticed a small fisher develop on one side of my nose. That completely healed up within a few months after i had completely quit for a while.
Blood vessels. Lots in your intestine. And it doesn't really hurt your stomach, your stomach is pretty tough. Not quite as quick an onset, but still works.
What am I looking at? Is it a hole in the middle of your nose, like between the nostrils? If so I don't really see it being much of a problem, people get that pierced all the time right?

yes thats a hole in the nostril.. This is not a piercing location. This is deeper in.The area people get pierced is closer to the tip and its not supposed to be through the cartilage with that piercing.

I guess there is also a problem with it possibly getting bigger over time and the nose collapsing.

my hole is small enough that every once in a while mucus will build up and seal it. I keep hoping this is a sign that it is closing up, but then ill get a runny nose and it opens up again.

take a flashlight and look in your nose. if you see areas that look dark red or turning white, yes that is the tissue necrosis (dying). It will come out looking like white snot i guess. I never recognized it myself until it was too late.
