Finally someone who understands. Nudity is not inherently sexy. A girl usually has to be doing something to be sexy when nude e.g striking a pose or doing something sexual.
However, a lot clothes were designed to be sexy, or at the very least accentuate the female form. Also, there's the allure and intrigue of what's underneath, and that's part of the fun is finding out - like opening a Christmas present.
