As for collusion before the election, I'd agree there is little definitive proof publicly available right now. However:
Trump jr definitively had a meeting with the russians. You can claim it was all about adoption all you want, but he's all but proven he was after dirt on Hillary, and it seems the defense will be it's not collusion if it wasn't successful. "but, his emails"
There is also obstruction of justice, and feel free to explain to me how wanting to fire everyone who's looking into his actions goes a long way to proving obstruction. Even if we assume there is nothing to prove, you'd think it'd be in his interest to have someone look into his affairs and conclude there's nothing there.
