The authoritarian regime was actually the good guys.

Believing rebellion for the sake of it is is a good thing is childish.

>tfw my village is throwing Trump on the bonfire tonight

FFs

t. Britcuck

you didn't watch the movie

Bald Hershlag

>Hershlag
What

lol, are you serious?

Yeah I did. They did literally nothing wrong.

They tried to develop some medicine and V got all butt-blasted about it. The only arguably bad thing the regime did was not being able to handle a joke but the comedy guy knew what would happen for being so disrespectful so it's his own fault.

No its unrealistic as it doesn't have the populace all staring at smart phones and texting the friend standing right next to them.

>there were good guys
how's 8th grade treating you?

I heard about this on the radio. Hope he wins so I can see irl reactions.

Do they have any idea what Fawkes did? Why the American colonists loved him?

people don't actually do this you know

jesus christ, do I have to mansplain everything to you people?

They expiremented on human beings to develop the disease and the cure. Three Waters was an inside job. You must have some serious brain damage to miss that shit.

>Why the American colonists loved him?

>le epic revolutionary rebel so hot!!!

the more important question, does le cool anonymous mask meme still hold up

>Muh inside job
>Muh conspiracy theory

And you know this how? V was lying, he was literally a psycho-killer.

if you can get past the Sup Forums mask its pretty good

i always tune out around that part

His escape scene with the doctor recounting her time at lark hill was pretty cool

It is literally in the movie. With proof. As in shown from a perspective other than V's. The film leaves zero room for doubt.

It's a solid movie. Sup Forums's adoption of the mask is the only thing that drags it down

It's well-directed but the liberal propaganda gets obnoxious.

A gay dude gets arrested for reading the Quran. Oh wow.

...

Except he got arrested for humiliating the the dictator and the country on national tv.

Welcome to Sup Forums!

...

It was a time when movies actually lived up to their trailers

youtube.com/watch?v=0X95Q3tNsH0

it's not a movie it's a flick

It's not a flick it's a capeshit.

Have you even seen the movie?

Did you know this movie contains more than just action sequences?

youtu.be/jIE7XhW0LPo

It's not capeshit it's capekino

Americans love it because it's the celebration of the torture and murder of catholics

It's a pretty entertaining movie, the message and the way it's conveyed is pretty blunt, but I think it conveys itself genuinely regardless of that.

Americans don't give a shit about catholics, 99.8% don't know who Guy Fawkes is, and the remaining .2% is split between people who know the full history and people who just know "he was a terrorist who tried to blow something up, big ben maybe?".

And it's not because they hate England or something, it's just irrelevant to them, doesn't even enter their heads to have an opinion on in the first place.

>its another foreign faggot thinks he knows anything about americans episode

I am American, fuckwit. No one knew who Guy Fawkes was before this came out aside from historians and scholars.

I'm not even a self-loathing American, I love the USA, but the simple fact is Guy Fawkes is completely unknown here, and I'm positive it never came up in our history classes.

Still? It never held up in the first place.

Fuck yes it does, because ideas are bulletproof.

V for Reddit

>Autism Edgelords: The Film

Here is why the novel is far superior. No Gray zones in the movie. The rebellion is a good thing. The authoritarians are bad guys. Compared to the novel the movie is childish at most, with some cool scenes

Reminder that Sutler did literally nothing wrong

>novel

this movie will be banned under new president, guess who

Graphic novel you fuck. Am I supposed to write it all in case you get triggerred?

It's a fun flick but it's not kino.

Hershlag getting concentrated gave me a fetish I never knew I had

Trump will ban anything he doesn't like

...

>calling picture books graphic novels

Natalie Portman's real name is Neta-Lee Hershlag.

It's a funny book with pictures for children. Grow up.

...

>it will never be 2005/06 again when Sup Forums unironically liked V and had all those memes spawn from it including a hacktivist organization

Portman cutting her hair was the best thing to come out of that movie.

>graphic novel

...

I want to keep her hidden in my attic :3

No.
Watched it a couple months ago.

Alright action.
Abhorrent dialogue.
Alright story.
Ditzy characters.

If you go into it expecting a CUH-RAZY action film, it does, but when I was younger I used to think the film wasn't so shallow.

>not hiding her in your closet
Pleb level, tbqh.

Yes. Ideas are bulletproof, where you not paying attention?

Stop speaking in Reddit.

>hold up

It was never good. It's a totally black and white and on the nose critique of the Bush administration that pays lip service to the comic while forgoing everything that makes it interesting or relevant.

Oh fuck off with this meme.
Films, movies, flicks, theyre all the same.........
