Opinions on marriage/relationship/spending time with girls that are of average intelligence? I'm not married myself but i've been hearing people say that it's slightly better because if she can cook, have a nice body and looks good enough then what more do you want?

It depends on you OP, from my experience I dated a girl for 2 years that i thought was averagely intelligent because she had a bachelor, thing is when we discussed stuff she was a bit slow to understand, also she admired a lot of people that she thought were smart but i recognized they were just normal people who studied some subjects. We broke up months ago for different reasons, thing is I started to see a girl couple of weeks ago and the connection when she understood stuff that I said to her, when she said or witty jokes or stuff I was like "wow I am not used to being with a girl like this", I discovered i need a girl to be a little above average smart, if not I kinda feel like cringe when they say stupid stuff or are just a bit slow, it's something new i discovered but well, like I said it depends on what you are looking for in a girl.

Nah, it's just having more things in common, my last gf of 2 years was a bit opposite to my tastes in music and almost everything, we shared a couple of interests tho, she was hot and we had great sex, and maybe sometimes deep conversations but sharing so little feels dull, also you can't do that much activities together, it was fun for some time but I ended up searching for those other things in other people, then we finally broke up (for unrelated things).
