Music is noise. Somebody listening to deathcore has probably heard Metallica, but is that the first album of theirs he should check out? Thrash Metal?

Yeah, youre underaged or baiting. Ignoring you now.

Are you familiar with St. Vitus?
If you like Witchfinder General, you might like them as well.

Long time fan of this band

i love saint vitus, its one of my prefered bands

Ignore him... Honestly. Save yourself the hassle. And justice for all was my first album. I owned every metallica, megadeth, anthrax, system of a down, testment album in my teens.

anyone have guilty pleasure music they listen to?
mine are anime opening music.

Couple iron maidens, and a bunch i forgot. Gave it to my dad a few years ago
Wish i still had them... Im sad now

Pantera. All day and night. Dime could make that fuckin guitar sing.
Black Label Society. Great for driving or hanging out with friends. Alcohol is required for the friend part

Any vocalist with a nice timbre goes a long way for me. It's the only justification I have for listening to shit like The Weeknd and Anberlin.

Keep it Lamb. Honestly this album is the definition of working man's music

...

>Yes yes, somebody is making diffrent opinion than mine. Let's call him kid and baiter

Lol

Keep baiting

Keep crying

I don't think they have an album out yet, but I'm listening to Branded by Lotus Eater.

Earthless - "Rhythms From A Cosmic Sky" (Tee-Pee 2007)

If you like long instrumental songs, right in the middle between stoner, metal, prog and krautrock, these guys are amazing and if you get the chance to catch them live you'll be in for the besst ride of your life

>be millennial
>listen to nu metal as kid
>realize it's cringy af then listens to 80s thrash because it's consistently better

>be me kid
>listen to ...and justice for all when it first comes out
>1989 was a great, introductory year for thrash metal
>basically, buy up all of metallica's back catalog and a fuckton of other thrash metal albums

Very patrician user, good on you

What makes the Black Album so great is that it's the last one where you can hear James Hetfield's best voice for the last time before he went on tour to support it and ripped his vocal chords in half.

Individual Thought Patterns>Human>The Sound of Perseverance>Symbolic>Spiritual Healing>Leprosy>Scream Bloody Gore

>Metallica
>Metal
pick one

>realize it's cringy af then listens to 80s thrash because it's consistently better
80s and early 90s (pic related). Honestly, for a lot of bands it seemed like they were just going to continue getting better, but then everything just fell to pieces.

As for your pic, I've never been that fond of Controlled by Hatred / Feel Like Shit... Deja Vu. I vastly prefer the albums on either side of it: How Will I Laugh Tomorrow, and Lights... Camera... Revolution.

...

no

Bitch, please. Just because they went to shit doesn't mean they weren't pioneers of metal and fucking fantastic back in the day. You can argue that there are better metal albums than Master of Puppets, but it's at least a contest. Hell, Metallica is pretty clearly metal even these days, just not particularly great metal.
