Indy 500 qualifying pt. 1 on now Round 2 tomorrow, Top 9 from today will be locked in to compete for the pole, everyone can try again but only qualify as high as p10
pole means nothing when it comes to winning the race
still impressive though
David Brooks
I like his chances for top 9 lads
Eli Baker
Alonthird
Carter Cruz
>P3
Christian Wilson
>alonso will get more championship points from qualifying than he'll get all season with Mclaren
Julian Parker
Anyone else happy to see Alonso finally with a competent and fast car? I'd love to see him win it all this year.
Camden Roberts
>american medicine ads
It gets more fucked up every time
Julian Sanchez
he should just run the indy circuit, honda is a complete joke in F1 these days
Chase Myers
It's been so many years since I felt such excitement for motorsport. Alonso should never have gone so long without a competitive car.
Adam Morales
It's gotta be kind of weird for Fernando come raceday, driving against people that for the most part, he's never even heard of before.
Blake Evans
He's only gonna run Indy until he wins though. He wants that Triple Crown.
Christopher White
Very close to disaster exiting T2 on Lap 4. If Nando was any higher or that high any earlier he would've been done
Lincoln Rivera
>whimsical music in the background >REPORT IMMEDIATELY IF YOU START BLEEDING TO DEATH
Asher Anderson
this
he could definetly win races
the money isn't quite as good though
Jose Taylor
>this product will correct a minor issue you may be having >beware: you might suffer a painful and slow death
I love it, it's like we're living in some fucked up movie distopia
Asher Watson
yeah, something's gonna be done about it soon, every ad today is just a minute-long list of potential side effects
Brandon Turner
It's called not being a pussy.
Daniel Nguyen
Literally not trust built up and no experience driving in a pack. It's going to be interesting
Joseph Lopez
The prerace ceremonies are going to blow his mind
Carter Powell
NO POLE FOR THE LEAF
Joseph Flores
Alonso slowed down in the last 2 laps, tyre degredation cannot be this bad.
What are his chances for top 9?
How is the track evolving over the day? Getting faster?
Lucas Gomez
>remember all those opiods we got you addicted to? >now you're constipated lol >here's a new drug that'll take care of that goy!
Julian Thomas
The F1 grid is being filled with pay drivers, i doubt he's not on first name terms with most of them
Gabriel Thompson
>the money isn't quite as good though
Alonso's salary this year could field 2 Indycars for the whole season
Connor Murphy
rules of Indy
Rule 1. Don't turn right Rule 2. Don't lift Rule 3. Only milk is allowed to be drunk in victory lane
Julian King
>tyre degredation cannot be this bad. 1st of all it's spelled tire 2nd yes, the tires degrade noticeably over the course of 10 miles. They are under tremendous stress
Xavier Miller
So would winning the 500 desu, the purse for this race is exponentially larger than any of the others
Nathan Lee
Beer is allowed too after milk
Jose Cruz
>Rule 1. Don't turn right What about when leaving your pit box?
Chase Cox
Considering that the 500 is a double points race he might get more points in one weekend than in three full seasons with Mclelren
Grayson Green
He made a couple mistakes one the last two laps that slowed him down. Chances are very good. Half the cars have qualified and many of the big dogs have gone already. Track is green because of rain, might pick up speed, but probably not much.
Logan Diaz
you actually have to lift in traffic due to the aeropush
Hudson Turner
>Alonso smiling, happy, and talking enthusiastically
I feel good lads
Nicholas Fisher
It isn't the tires, you just slowly lose momentum when running -10 degree wing angles. they scrub a lot of speed in the turns. It is normal for the speed to drop from lap 1 to lap 4
Easton Diaz
Not allowed user, they just drive over the next pit crew
