Who would you cast in a movie about the most controversial election season in recent history?

Who would you cast in a movie about the most controversial election season in recent history?

Alec Baldwin and Ellen Degeneres.

Everyone knows they'd cast Meryl Streep as Hillary. Every woman of significance in history now looks like her for some reason.

Kevin Sorbo and the older blonde chick from Sex and the City.

>not casting DDL as Trump

It crossed my mind, sure.
I thought Riley really captured him, though.

Respect your opinion all the same.

Riley is too likable imo,you want someone with a slightly abrasive edge to them like Day-Lewis or Wahlberg

Julianne Moore would be great as Hilary tho

A good portion of people find Trump to be likeable.

I definitely get what you mean, though, don't get me wrong. I just stand by my choice. I think Riley would nail it.

Glad we're on the same page with hilldog, though.

It shouldn't be too hard to find someone to play an incompetent narcissist

Michael Cera as Anthony Weiner

I thought my casting of Julianne Moore was great.

He's likable because it seems like he knows he's an asshole but just doesn't care. Riley doesn't give me that vibe but anyway

Fuck, now I want to see Anderson make this movie. He and maybe David O Russel are the only directors who could do it justice

Not to toot my own horn, but I'm really happy with the Ray Wise casting.

That's my favorite casting in my list.

PTA would make it really fun and pretty, if nothing else.

Shit, I have a great concept for a fictitious plot that I think would be a great movie.

I'm not hugely into O'Russell's work, sans a couple of titles.

write it desu and sell it to the weinsteins

Brian Cox as Trump

>Implying the retard will allow this movie to be made after he's """elected""
lmao

Since it's pretty much just me and you in this thread, I am the sole writer on a syndicated show.

I've been trying to get into features for a while and have 14 on paper, but it's a bitch to get your features made, even if you're established.

I'm close to the point of just directing something of my own, even though it isn't really my bag, but I have a horror script that could be shot for cheap and I wouldn't hate it if Glass Eye Pix put it out.

At the end of the day all he can do is a lot of blustering. Business as usual.
