calculate your TDEE, that's the number of calories it takes to keep you existing, if you want to get smaller then aim for 500 calories below your daily TDEE
you need at least 0.8g of protein per kg of body weight, so work that out and times it by 4 to get the number of calories you need from protein
divide the rest of your allowance between carbs and fats
do full-body workouts, 3 times a week, with as heavy a weight as you can manage to minimise muscle loss
