Nobody says that only to a support, everyone gets complimented if he makes a really good play, or a good gank, or a good call. Is not only about being a support. Supports don't really get that. I mean, go ahead and google VIsage or Shadow Demon, they still are the hardest supports from DOTA and nobody compliments them.
If you pick a champ, or a hero, you are picking it because you want to do your job with it. You are supposed to be good. That's it.
Jungle gets far more complimented if you are talking about MOBAs.
