Communism: You work and what you earn gets taken from you by the government to redistribute to the poorer ones that don't work and people simply that are able to work but don't. Religion is out of the question, free love (LGBT), no morals at all, people actually fear of the government and have to fake that they support it and love it or they get killed or sent to labor camps, not allowed to have private business,...
There's actually a lot to write about both ideologies, do more studying yourself.

Mind control. After ww1 they spent time studying shell-shocked soldiers, trying to establish a man's breaking point. This continued up til 1946 where the research clinic took a change of direction focusing on management programs, human relations and group psychology. It was apparently instrumental in setting up and running the SRI in the USA. SRI(Stanford research institute) was where they ran their remote viewing and MK-Ultra programs.
