How come Liam Gallagher and Damon Albarn both look/sound like they've had a lobotomy yet Brett Anderson aged into his style just fine? Did he just choose the right sort of drugs?

Suede was better than Oasis and Blur
They still are, their comeback blows The Magic Whip out the water
It's no wonder why David Bowie called them one of the best bands in the 90s
Did you get the Dog Man Star 20th anniversary live album? They really know how to please their fanbase. That live version of Whipsnade gave me chills, I hope they keep making b-sides in future like they did for Bloodsports.
Yes and so were Pulp

One of my favourite live albums ever tbqh
Butler-era Suede > 1994-1997 Oasis > Pulp > post-Butler Suede > post-'97 Oasis > Blur
>Did he just choose the right sort of drugs?
Considering that the Gallaghers were into high-quality coke and Albarn was into high-quality heroin whereas Anderson settled for crack, I doubt his choice of drugs had anything to do with it.
And I'm not even sure Liam was ever a full-blown addict the way the other two were. Him being the way he is has more to do with him being a lower-class Mancunian than anything else.
literally who
He isn't over exposed, he kept it newsnight, channel 4 tier
The prettiest twink in Britpop
WE'RE TRASH YOU AND ME LIKE THE SOMETHING OR OTHER IN THE STREET
kapranos looks so much like him and I can't delete the mental image
Where would you rank '10s Suede? Same as post-97? I thought both comeback albums so far were far better than Head Music and A New Morning
Also it doesn't matter what you think of Oasis, these two songs are absolutely and undeniably the best things to come out of Britpop in its entirety.

>Same as post-97?
On the whole, yeah. I thought Outsiders was a fantastic single though, as good as anything they did with Butler.
>How come Liam Gallagher and Damon Albarn both look/sound like they've had a lobotomy
In all fairness, I don't ever recall either of them having great singing voices.
Liam sounded right for the song "Rocking Chair" the angsty, yearning lyrics are complimeted by LG's angsty whinging Manc bastard accent. (I'm a nasal whinging Mancunian myself so not slagging off northerners for the sake of it)

And I don't remember many off Blurs songs although I always liked tender and stereotypes

Only remember animal nitrate and my mate wearing a Suede shirt with two men kissing on it when we were out down 42nd street
Pulp were shit
Always looked the stereotypical aids victim to me. Like a handsome Peter Tatchell. Brian from Placebo though... Now he was one good looking young man
I meant how they sound in interviews now, neither were ever very technical singers. Zane Lowe's interview with Damon for the recent Gorillaz album just made me sad, he can barely string two sentences together anymore.
>aids victim
It's called heroin chic
I want to fuck 90s Brett Anderson
no homo
He filled in the gap that The Verve should have really
He's the sort of guy who could turn straight men bi
Also looked like my one gay crush from high school so that's a bonus
