As in: even though the singing on this album is not fine tuned, the emotion/delivery mixed with the perfectly balanced lyrics/production make better sung albums seem wasted in comparison. Jeff doesn't need to sing well. He just needs to sing because he gives enough of a fuck to sing about something. You can hear it.
