I'm seriously curious. Why the fuck would you ever give people money, on the off chance they dont just steal it and fuck off, for the idea that it somehow makes you money?
This shit makes no sense.

Because laws, user. That dipshit will eventually be garnished. Mark my words.

I refuse to make a purchase unless I have the ability to buy it with cash in hand.
I refuse to ever be in debt.
Ever.
I have plenty of people who owe me, but I will never owe anyone anything ever again, tried that once, got burned, learned my lession to not trust people, *especially* rich people.

Just bought a house for 505k and dropped 27k for new kitchen and dining room. I'll probably drop about 150k in renovations before it's all said and done.

It sounds like a fantastic way for a rich fucker to screw you over with minimal effort.
You are literally handing your money over for the hope they will hand it back.
It's worse than a bank, at least they only fuck you over when you're not looking.

Uh. Bro. Those numbers look like you're heading for fucking bankruptcy. Especially with that house bit. Yearly salary?

That's why I'm with a credit union. Look, user. Credit Loan Company X gives you $500. They charge that at TWENTY percent interest for a Payday loan. Your minimum payment is $50 monthly. If there were no interest, you'd pay them back in 10 months. WITH that interest, AND the minimum payments not covering it accruing, you will eventually pay them $2,000 or more. If you don't? The law will fully support them in fucking your shit forever though garnishments, taxes, credit hits, and repossessions/bankruptcies. It is a VERY profitable model. Only an idiot takes out these kinds of loans or doesn't pay on time/more than the minimum.

what do you do for a living and what's your yearly salary?

Nope. I just have a good job and still live with my parents at 23. Moving out later this year though. Keep in mind my this is in CAD.

If you live off the land, absolutely. Otherwise, no.

Lucky. I'm 28 and all of my family is dead except for my sister and nephew.

Who the fuck would do this?
I would never take a loan for this exact reason.
You're just stating the exact reasons banks are thieving dens of shit.

What? No. That's not a bank loan. Bank loans are closer to 3%-8% interest. My house loan is 3.8%. That's a fantastic rate.

Hahaha. I wish.

Why would you ever do this?
I don't understand at all why you would, at twenty percent, or three percent, let them steal from you?
If you don't pay it, the cops will (legally) beat the shit out of you, steal your shit, jail you, and/or kill you anyways.
Why would you give them that opprotunity?

Meh. Not the same as, say, student debt or payday loans. Unless I default. That's not happening though. This actually boosts my credit, and gives me equity. Similar to debt, I'd say. Not analogous.

Look into why bitcoin is the most decentralized and why bitcoin has value.

job and yearly salary?

can confirm am a banker, 3.8 is a stellar fucking rate. in the current market most home loans are closer to 4.5 unfortunately.

Lawyer (partner) at big firm... make around $700k annual, but lucked out w/ around $4m in BTC/ETH (bought into the ETH pre-sale 4 years back)

100 dollars
about 3k in IRA and 401k
like 18k, student loans, credit card debt, installment loans.

Uh. No? They'll evict me, at worst. And because I didn't have $140,000 floating around to purchase a BRAND NEW house with? I'm basically paying the bank over time for letting me buy a house now. You seem a bit paranoid, user. Also, if I appreciate the value of the house, and pay over the monthly payments, this house could literally turn a profit for me later. It's not all soon and gloom slavery, user.

if those are your tits, 8/10

The theory behind debt ... "good debt" is you can make more than the interest. You can relatively easily earn more than 4% on money (if you're not fucking around w/ it).

post your gold digger gf's nudes

>inb4 she's not a gold digger she likes me for me

Thanks for the assurance, banker user. These people act like a house loan is the same as a fucking defaulted student loan. That's ok. I'll enjoy my appreciating value, improving credit score, and building equity while I do what I want, how I want, with a property I technically own.

Im a used appliance salesmen and appliance repair man i like have my money close by and in cash i only use my debit card for online shopping and paying bills i also like to go to the bank cash a check and then immediately pull the money out and take it home and put it in my drawer

Then don't ask, man. If you aren't going to believe me, why bother asking me?

Thx user. Don't fear, tho - doesn't buy happiness. May buy me a wave runner -- but not happiness.
