Not medieval, but I've recently had an idea for a long-term experiment.
Suppose you bought a baby, people do it, look it up, and put a small vibration device inside them.
Surgically perhaps, you could embed a vibration egg or something similar in a position to constantly stimulate the kid in a sexual way.

At some point you shut it off to see what happens.
