Hi Sup Forums, I'm considering going to Poland for the first time as an alternative to the more unpredictable parts of Europe.
Any advice or suggestions for me? I'm going with my gf (normie reee), are the Polish generally respectful of grills? Are there any area's to avoid or must see's?

i wouldn't, but i'd recommend learn at least how to pronounce some letters like ł,ą,ż, obviously you won't memorize all, but to just know more or less. some simple phrases would be nice too, poles appreciate it. but you'll be fine if you won't learn it, especially in some bigger cities

I don't know why people keep asking this question, it's possible to get by with english almost anyhwere in the world nowadays, especially in Europe.
Also yes, Krakow is better than Warszawa, seeing how 98% of Warsaw was destroyed after the war and had to be rebuilt from scratch, unlike Krakow which was mostly unscathed.

well, maybe you're right. i mean cyrylic alphabet for me was useful, because i could actually get the context sometimes, but english isn't similar to polish at all, so he probably doesn't need it. but still, some simple phrases would be useful to know
