Tons of the overall culture in America comes from minorities, you're pretty ignorant if you think otherwise. Just listen to American radio for like 2 minutes. Minorities in America also have their own cultures, culture is not something as broad and arbitrary as "how a country acts", there are many many different cultures even in somewhere racially homogeneous like Japan based on socioeconomic class, interests, location, race, etc.
