I love that soundtrack and I've never even seen the movie. Pic related is by the same guy.
Grand Budapest Hotel
youtube.com
also anything by ghibli
I mean, you can't get much better than this...
Yo you ever meet a girl who tries to be EXACTLY like the girl in this film?
It's really making me fall in love with this type of music (accordian / piano / orchestral).
It's nice cause I've been stuck listening to the same old music.
...
Goblin and fabio frizzi always make GOAT soundtracks for italian horror
...
I work next to a girl who looks like her and has her alarm tone set to music from that movie so very much yes.
Does she do the purse-lipped, raised eyebrow bugeyed thing?
Another one.
great picks
Dancer in the Dark
no she's just very quirky and aloof in general
same. I enjoyed the movie, but soundtrack wasn't memorable
pic related
...
Ex Machina
The VVVitch
Blade Runner 2049
had the best musical scores.
But best soundtrack goes to the pic related,
And to Dancer In The Dark.
Pic related.

Oceans 12.jpeg

Way better than it had any right being.
The soundtrack is pretty incredible, really unique french jazz type music that sounds nothing like any other movie score.
...
Solaris had the better soundtrack imo
youtube.com
personally prefer the stalker one

+also saw this one currently great movie
>Ex Machina

are you for real? everybody knows the soundtrack, even people who didn't see the movie
80's Mann is pure K I N O
Nice choices
pic related for me, even though it's a meme choice
when it comes to orchestral soundtracks nothing compares to Howard Shore's Lord of the Rings soundtrack. It lifts film music on a level not much below Wagner operas and shows the power of leitmotivs if they're used properly
Hans Zimmer is the greatest, he's the Beethoven of our generation
>when soundtrack is much better than the movie
patrician
Kek
go away
Great synth soundtrack
My nigga, riz ortolani was the best, his work on pupi avati films is also great
best soundtrack of all the movies
agreed
not much obvious posted so far
28 days later just because GY!BE East Hastings is on there
Great movie
Of all the soundtracks in all of the world, none has surpassed this one.
Ennio has a solid track record
Theses all have great music to come out of the soundtracks, but I think there should be like a little asterisk or different category for these. Like if you were to say best animated film you should specify if it's in general, or if it's like drawn animation or computer animated. There's a difference I think, or they exist in different enough categories you know
I'm gonna be an asshole and say these don't really count. It's more of like, Jesus Christ Superstar The Movie or and Opera where it was something great first then they made a movie out of it. So while they have great soundtracks, I don't think this fits
And this is also another thing where I think it should be like, GOAT compilation soundtrack vs just a regular soundtrack of original song/scores tracks
Everyone on Sup Forums should watch this movie.
youtube.com
does Sup Forums know this film? it's my favorite music film

I've never even seen the movie so the songs lose context. Still, it's sort of fun this way, i try to think about what he movie might be about.
Superb soundtrack

Don't even remember what the movie was about but I was bored and near the TV and this is the first thing that started playing when the credits rolled:
