Missing the point.
A diaper thread is a diaper thread. Very few people, if any, are going to post messy content. May as well make use of it if next to nothing is going to get posted.
It would be more practical to start a normal thread and ask for messy content in it. It's not like that shit is outlawed, but considerably less people are into it.
