I did in Japan

I subbed smokeless for cigarettes, then nico gum for smokeless. Took a couple years because I'm weak and lazy, but did it.

Are they store bought cigarettes or nigger native cigarettes

Serious questions OP:

1. Why the fuck would you do that?

Only way to quit is not to smoke, OP.

I put down my last cigarette half an hour ago. I do not know if I have it in me to quit. Only way to find out is to try.

Last quit lasted for 3 days. Let's make this one better. Join me user. We quit or die trying.

is there something in particular about Japan that caused that?

Not yet, but I have cut down from 30-40 a day to 10 a day. It's a good start.

Smoked for 20 years. Quit 6 years ago. Nicotine gum helped a lot.

Former smoker here - the only way to quit is to put them down and walk away from them.

No nicotine patch, gum, etc. No vaping, no dip, nothing.

Man up. Put them down and walk away.

It took me like 4 days to get over initial cravings and start getting used to the idea of being a non smoker. After that it became easier day by day.

The cravings never leave, I quit 10 years ago and still want a cigarette all the damn time.

Good luck

Don't listen to this user. Gum, and patch help a lot.

>The cravings never leave, I quit 10 years ago and still want a cigarette all the damn time.

I never have cravings anymore and I never think about cigarettes.

I haven't smoked for 6 months and still crave them.

Yeah - they help you replace one form of nicotine with another.

Just fucking man up, drop the nicotine and walk away.

>not buying a Ferrari instead

6 months is nothing. It can take years to get it over the addiction.

Japanese

I did. Cold turkey. Very hard but worth it.
