Uneven compromise by LUM

Hey Mama by Kanye, that shit got me good

youtube.com/watch?v=FKW2H0WBqW8

I've cried to this song too many times to count, and i'm not even an artist in any sense of the word, I guess I just resonate with the loss of innocence.

Have a Nice Life - I Don't Love
Hospice (all of it)
I Talk To The Wind and Epitaph after Greg Lake died
There was a foster the people song but I forget which one
It was a slower piano non-album song

One time when i was like 17 I got fucked up on xanax and cried to Loveless, im pretty sure thats the only time.

I still cringe about it to this day.

youtube.com/watch?v=nKxtHslq9S0
no body loves me

you don't just raise two kids and take out your trash and die

also

then i went to my bedroom and i lay down and in the tears and in the heaviness of everything i drowned

also I don't really know what it is but on common as light I tear up when he talks about smashing the nightclub shooter's head in with a blunt object

none, i’m not a limp-wristed soyboy numale

Mark Oliver Everett is the ultimate sadboy with the a sad life

You're 16 or 17, arent you?

This one is really melancholic

Massive sap checking in.
youtube.com/watch?v=u4XevlloPY4

But his songs are considered mediocre right? Plus he doesn't have that much of a sad life in his next albums.

Jonwayne - Afraid Of Us

It made my eyes water at least.

I said, "Kiss me, you're beautiful; These are truly the last days"

youtube.com/watch?v=XVekJTmtwqM

His first 3 albums are masterpieces and heavily praised. The rest could be considered mediocre.

youtube.com/watch?v=hbSsTbojHPk

Really? By who? Because it seems the critics rated them something like 70/100

I once cried at the end of ITAOTS after my gf cheated on me with my best friend.
It was a very emotional time, I generally don't cry.

This always makes me feel absolutely isolated
youtube.com/watch?v=jszxV3joWTU

am I your best friend? I did that to my best friend at the time and me and his gf listened to ITAOTS like over 1000 times over the course of the ensuing relationship

GET OUTTT

You sure write like one

LCD Soundsystem - All My Friends

like a bitch

multiple times

no regrets

>did that to your best friend

do you consider yourself a terrible person? how do you justify it in your head?

for a while I did think I was a piece of shit but I have justified it in a few ways. First off they had been broken up for about a month. Second off, he had actually moved to California because he was in the military. Thirdly, he encouraged me to hang out with his gf because she had like no friends. Fourthly, she was a literal conventional 10/10 with no brain. So my decision was, be cucked by someone 3,000 miles away or sleep with a literal 10/10. The choice was simple, and the fact that at the time we had a similar taste in music sealed it.

Yikes.. please tell me your friend doesnt talk to you anymore

When I was 13 I cried to That Power by Childish Gambino
And recently got a bit misty eyed when I heard Real Death by Mount Eerie for the first time

> tfw you fall asleep crying to music literally every night

life is pain

Cage the Elephant - Telescope
Gorillaz - Empire Ants
Gorillaz - Latin Simone
Childish Gambino - Flight of the Navigator
Childish Gambino - What Kind of Love
The entirety of Hospice

call me a pleb but those songs really fuck me up, even to this day

please recommend me some similar ones

haven't talked to him since the week it happened

what's wrong, user?

Oh, also, forgot Childish Gambino - That Power and Mogwai - Take Me Somewhere Nice

frank ocean - nikes
pink floyd - brain damage
ab-soul - book of soul
mac miller - divine feminine (some tracks of the album)

youtube.com/watch?v=MvCp0XtXYXw

the
world
spins...

That monologue at the end of That Power really hit prepubescent me in my feels man

Is it bad that it still does hit me in the feels whenever I listen to it?

Sparklehorse - Saint mary
youtu.be/QxUDPEA9bpM
I assume you're the user from yesterday that posted about it. Dead of Winter is the only other song that made cry, just recently after my friend passed

>I can't cry to something unless it's heavily praised by critics

Beach Life In Death - CSH
Sober to Death - CSH
Ashes of American Flags - Wilco
Impossible Soul - Sufjan Stevens

You're wrong, I just asked if his songs were considered mediocre. I like Eels.

>I'm moody and depending on the mood, I can cry to most music I hear

rip

youtube.com/watch?v=0lkA4q61ceQ

>Attack the C4 where you must
>Disappear in a cloud of dust
>But spare a thought for what it covers up
>Pour a triple and raise your cup
>We were once me and my friends
>But we destroyed all of the evidence
>And vanished into the night
>At least we got that one right

gets me every time

I shoulda known better
Nothing can be changed
The past is still the past
A bridge to nowhere

youtube.com/watch?v=FKJWyAvAj2E

Angel Olsen always fucks me up

Shit brah that got real

Hey Mama as well but just the grammy version. That intro was something else

Ab-soul went too real on that one

Really? Those Boys was much much sadder

youtube.com/watch?v=CeFdIDZ9SxM

Fare thee well miss Carousel by Townes Van Zandt and I have no idea why.

A Crow looked at me, the whole album fucked me right up. No Surprises too, the first time I listened to it hit me hard.

"One of use cannot be wrong", especially at the end of the song where the melody is yelled.

Also, Motion Picture Soundtrack.
