Big thing: im on probation and if he sues and state finds out i was driving on suspended i go straight to prison for two years. Depends on how fucked it is. Im in AU and to get a car completely resprayed its around 7000USD. If the car is only slightly fucked it could be anywhere from $500-1000. They'd likely have to remove the area you hit, respray it, and hope to god they get the colour/pattern right to match the car, otherwise you could be screwed for another respray.
