Yes, other households do. I'm Irish and German mix in NM. It's a pretty good floor cleaner if nothing else for pennies compared to volume vs price on other cleaners. It's also really good at getting pet spray out of cloth.

I used it on my dirty ass dorm room floor a few times back iny college days. Me and my roomies were total bros. I've seen white folks use Fabuloso, but growing up, my mom swore by bleach and nothing else for cleaning surfaces. Fabuloso SMELLS good, but it's not exactly a great disinfectant and the super strong smells are very irritating, and at least in my family, these kinds of cleaners cause everyone to start wheezing or break out.
It is okay if you are doing light duty cleaning of surfaces and you want someone to SMELL the evidence that you cleaned.
Also, it's dirt cheap, neon colored, and strong-smelling, which I guess is why it's marketed to hispanics: It's the kind of marketing you'd expect shitty substandard disinfectants to have towards illiterates.
