a doggo or a pupper

golden retriever

Adopt a mutt.

Are they good pets for first time dog owners, because I was looking into a husky golden retriever mix, and it said they weren't the best for first time owners. But i mean what do they know

Whippet

I’ve got a cavachon. Cute little thing. But it depends on what you want, not others

theyre cute, friendly and have agreeable dispositions. huskies are not good for first time dog owners though.

I would prefer a pupper because i want it to love me over anyone else so i feel like raising it will make it more loyal to me

very true, i was just curious on others opinions because im completely clueless when it comes to animals

is a mutt a breed or just a derogatory term for a dirty dog?

Border collie

Pressa canario or Newfoundland

Save a mutt and go to a shelter.

border terrier

Rottweilers are very versatile and friendly dogs, as long as raised from birth

I havent even heard of these before they're so cuteeeee

I could, i heard about puppy mills and stuff but i also know about slaughter houses and still eat meat

I always wondered about that, are some dogs just vicious by nature or are they raised to be mean like that

If you want a big dog Rhodesian Ridgebacks are awesome. I payed a grand for mine but IMO too big and you better have some land for them.

Thats a unique ass dog, googling them i like the ones with the half and half colored fur on the face

Get ready to spend $8000 on up in medical bills

My current dog is a rescue mutt and he is the best dog I ever owned.

I don't hate that kinda fur on a dog, i just prefer a more fluffy one. Im looking for more of a cuddly companion then anything else

Not a ridgeback then. Maybe a schnauzer or a miniature one. They don’t shed so you have to get them clipped.

Was he abused or abandoned, a few of my friends have some rescues that had abusive familys in the past they seem really shy

Or a poodle

He was a mess when we got him but he got better. It’s not easy but it’s worth it and he really likes new people now.

I know dogs aren't cheap but that seems a lil steep, are there any dogs that wont break the bank?

Attached: Untitled.png (1152x648, 21K)

Nope, it’s all a roll of the dice with any breed.

Aww good for him, do you have any pics saved?

Attached: Untitled.png (1152x648, 17K)

oh yea shedding probably sucks which breeds shed more then others?

Hector, I didn’t pick the name.

So cute! give him a belly rub for me :D

Poodles and schnauzers don’t shed so they need to be clipped and groomed. Good for people with allergies. I’m sure their are other breeds the same just the two that come to mind. Both are smart if you train the, well.

Will do :)

German Doge is best.

Adult German Doge will easily bond with new owner as long as you give it love and pets and cuddles.

Yeah, that's gonna be my next pupper, they seem to be happy evrytime and are very intelligent

Too much shedding for me but if you want loyalty and smarts none is better.

Noice terrier doggo

I have 3 German shedders. They aren't that bad.

rottweiler

Not bad at all, fantastic dogs. Just too much hair for me. I’d be vacuuming day and night with 3.

I breed with my dog face down, but you can find lots of ways to do it with your own dog.

This is my dog called hector, fairly similar

Aww. Yours has some extra pounds. We spent a year adding weight to my Hector. Skin and bones when we got him. Now he gets fresh pet, mixed with beef broth and some dry food to keep his weight.

Mines not doing too well at the moment. He's got lots of fat deposits forming on his body, and had to have tumour removed Friday :( healing now though, he 14 now. How old is yours?

cat

Dis is my puppr. She is an Airedale Terrier. Can post more pics if you want, she is 90% of the pics that I take :)

That's a rat

Biggest problem with Germans is their back legs tend to go out or they have anal gland issues.

If you want a companion dog, I would suggest maltese. They are super affectionate and don't need a lot of exercise (15 minute walk once or twice a day)

I want an Alaskan Malamute. They are so friendly and beautifil dogs. Google them.

Just how can you not melt at this face.

Any overly bread type can have the same problem.
That's why the expensive ones are expensive. The breeders are trying to do the best for the breed, not make puppies.

Forgot pic
