Egypt, Tunisia, and Nigeria are the only ones that have a good future. South Africa is on the brink of a race war so they are out of the question. If ZAPU/ZANU got kicked out, Zimbabwe could stand a chance but that is not going to happen any time soon.

Namibia and Botswana. AIDS is becoming less and less of a problem due to advances in healthcare, and both have strong economies and relatively non-corrupt governments (especially botswana for #2, khama is bro tier). South Africa is basically hopeless with the ANC in power, or at least under Zuma. The DA winning an election could very well change that course.

Botswana has a huge AIDS problem. Also, their GDP per capita may be high, but poverty is still rampant in the country. Botswana is a failed state, it just looks good compared to other African hellholes.
Honestly, I don't think any country in Africa has a bright future. Maybe Morocco because it's a relatively stable country, and Algeria. Libya was actually a decent country during Gaddafi's era, but the West had to fuck it up.
