What if money was no object?

What if money was no object?
What do you desire? What makes you itch? What sort of a situation would you like?

Litres of lsd in the water supply

stay at home lovemaking and lots of tasty food~

I'd pay off my house, my land, and my wife's student loans. Then, I'd build a cabin on my land and buy a tractor and plow so I can till it and start my farm early. I'd live comfortably on my farm with my family and use it as a cover as to why I always have money because I wouldn't tell my wife that I have infinite money because I don't want to constantly travel all of the time, I like farming.

Pay off student loans, get my teeth fixed, get a car that isn't falling apart. Everything after that I can do myself.

I would live somewhere warm, but I would still visit Boston and New York. I would try to help people with their rent, food and heat

Probably start a business so I can have something to do with myself. Let's face it, being rich is boring.

>What if money was no object?
Money helped with the invention of mathematics, etc. Without money, we'd be nothing more than animals

i want to be in a hospital for the rest of my life in a comfy bed and have heroin IV constantly. constantly upping the dosage to avoid tolerance. id have fake teeth so i wouldnt have to care about that, pee in a tube and poop through a hole in the bed

This nigga just cheated the system

Esoteric shit already got the contacts.

I would buy an island and have a private compound constructed with any and everything I could need. Be able to throw massive parties for no reason. Excellent liquor and cannabis stocked. High class escorts. Live the remainder of my days chasing physical pleasure...

So let's say this comes about from... idk, winning the lottery, since I think you mean "what if money was never again a problem but you also had infinite free time because it didn't come from your work" or perhaps even "no matter what you do, it makes you rich"

The things I'd do with the money are obvious:

First and foremost, student loans. Then I'd likely get my health checked out and get that squared away.

Necessity out of the way, time for spending. I'd get a modest, but NEW, car. I haven't had a car last me more than 3 years...ever. The used market where I live makes even shit cars worth $5k min. Then a simple one bedroom apartment, probably pay off my parents' remaining mortgage.

As far as work or spending my time.. maybe grad school, maybe just help out at homeless shelters. My problem is that I lack ambition. I can reach a medium or medium-high level of competency in most things quickly but never expertise. Maybe that comes from a lifetime of being told to abandon things because they weren't profitable in the short term. Idk, maybe I'd write a bit or just buy some land I can work on to pass the time.

these anons get it

...

Tbh prob just some new clothes and a bunch of 30s

If money was really no object, I'd buy the world and make everyone pay taxes to me. Bitch

I've thought about this quite about. Say I suddenly had $15 million in the bank.

1. Buy a ranch in rural Montana. Maintain it, keep cows and horses.

2. Live in Europe for 2-4 months a year. Probably Amsterdam, London, and Lisbon. Drink, have sex, and party.

3. Host parties, reunions, and retreats for my friends and family once a year. Each year would be a different location. First year: my mountain retreat in Banff. Second year: my coastal property in Washington. Third year: my place in Munich. Fourth year: my place in Mexico.

4. Go to political conventions and events annually: Politicon, RNC, Correspondents' Dinner, TV Panel Shows, etc.

5. Annual hunting trips in the Yukon or NW Territories.

6. Start a charity relating to writing, reading, book-lending, housing, and food supplies for the homeless, abused children, and immigrants.

What this user said.
I still owe about 100k on my home and 12k on my wife's car. No fucks given there. I can handle that. Another 2k in credit card debt, because my wife doesn't pay them off when she is told to. I can handle that too. 20k in student loans, about 12k for a Hollywood smile, and another 5k for a daily driver. 37k and I'm golden.

become a supervillain

seems the logical choice, if I could afford a secret mountaintop fortress, death rays, henchman payroll etc..

I would live on the French Riviera, drive a GTR, and tour the world. I'd probably be a dick too, because I don't like most people.

Money has nothing to do with it. If i could have any one wish, it would be to become a disembodied spirit able to possess others at will and move freely from body to body. i would possess people at random, strip down and masturbate in inappropriate situations, then jump to another body right after orgasm so i could watch my hapless victim desperately try to explain themselves to their friends and family.

A house that I could call my own with the only other occupant being a pet dog, pet cat, or both. Don't mind it being in a neighborhood so long as there's enough physical distance between me and everyone else.

Don't know how long I'd want to live like that, but just for once in my life. Maybe a year, 5 years... a decade... just to be able to have a hint of a guarantee of privacy. So sick and tired of people shoving their nose into things. Just go away.

LOL, shit...

Is English not your first language? It doesn't translate literally. 'Money is no object' means that there is no limit to the amount you can spend on something. For example, I'm going to buy a new car and money is no object.

I'm high as shit and this thread is awesome.

I would do something very impulsive. Maybe get my wife, say nothing, go straight to the airport and fly to London.

I wouldn’t be restrained in my current situation. I do Wallstreet for my career and focus on trading option contracts. I do this because in order to make a difference in this world you need influence. You need to have a lot of capital to gain influence and compliance within humans. Without money - they don’t care or give a fuck about doing shit unless there is a motivational incentive. That incentive - is survival in the form of money. I’m just chilling after wrapping up a paper I wrote trying to understand why the markets were blood red today. It’s based off the human investor in correlation to supply and demand from A.I. I decided to unwind and I’m currently on Adderall playing far cry primal
