I work in Austin. The places he has hit are all places where the cost of living has displaced lower income working families in lieu of tech gentrification. Central Austin provides no good getaway roads, especially east to west.He has remained close to freeway escape routes, i expect his next hit to circle north via the Capitol of Texas Highway or Loop 1 (Locally known as MoPac). Possibly the Camp Mabry vicinity.
These are all areas where locals are being displaced.
Likely a white guy whose presence would not arouse suspicion in the targeted neighborhoods. His choice not to hit the SXSW central venues leads me to suspect that he is older. Maybe working for a delivery subcontractor.
