Yea, that's the issue with most cologne, need to let the alcohol/solvents evaporate and have the other components mix with your natural scent. I've had several compliments, I'll try that other one out if I see it.

It doesn't smell as strong as when you apply it, but it doesn't fully faint. Sometimes people asked me if i was wearing perfume hours after putting it on. I paid around 60€ for 50ml of perfume, if you paid significantly less you might have eau de toilette. That would explain why yours faints that quickly
