This album man, this album always gets me pumped up. Best pop punk album I've heard.
Best tracks are I'm A Pretender, Rumours in Town, Throwaway Style, and Boulevard Trash
Would recommend old blues and jazz stuff, like Louie Armstrong (Hot Five and Hot Seven), Fats Waller (Ain't Misbehavin'), Benny Goodman (Don't Be That Way), Duke Ellington (Take the A Train), etc. These guys were at the top of their game, knew it full well, and were proud of it.
i realize this is punk rock and all that, but it sounds so thin

First of all, . Don't wake up too late and go to bed at a reasonable hour. Drink a lot of water and eat more healthy, do half an hour of exercises/stretching/runs everyday and try to keep yourself busy, avoiding shit like junk food, fapping... Not even joking, all of this legitimately helps.

Sunshine Pop is the genre you need to look into.
Lenka - The Bright Side
MIKA - Life In Cartoon Motion (video related)
Kero Kero Bonito - Bonito Generation
Also, almost everything by the Beach Boys pre-Pet Sounds.
If these albums are too saccharine, start with Lenka's Two and MIKA's The Boy Who Knew Too Much.
Forgot to say, The Bright Side should be the very first album you should check out among these ones

sun kil moon's new albums are sad, but strong and masculine, and to be sad but strong and masculine is the right attitude towards this unspeakably sad and beautiful world
