I wouldn't go that far. Dopethrone seems like a methodical, perfected masterpiece. Let Us Prey almost feels like Electric Wizard's punk album, just in the sense that it's ferocious, a little sloppy, and just kind of lets it all hang out.

The term "heavy" has a lot of connotations to me when it comes to metal. There's "wall of noise" heavy (Electric Wizard, Evoken, Subrosa), there's "noisy" heavy (Nails, Converge, Pig Destroyer), there's "technical" heavy (Nile, Atheist, Ne Obliviscaris) and there's "dissonance" heavy (Kayo Dot, Ulcerate, Misþyrming).
