We should do something for this based little lad

Trump/Sanders
"The end of the red terror is closer than you think"

Bump

>Sanders
>against communism
Top kek m8
Well memed

Tinker v. Des Moines

schools have always had no hat policies

fake outrage from feelings idiots

"This is what I was wearing when SJWs attacked me, tell me I deserved it"

Little Jihadists can wear sith hoods to school why cant the little Aryan wear his MAGA hat

Don't do this.

Don't give a voice to false flag controversy and manipulation.

I've never encountered a school district that allows students to wear headgear for any reason barring medical concerns like chemotherapy causing their hair to fall out and leaving them susceptible to sunburn or something.

Or...

Religious reasons, which I can admit is retarded.

Still, the point is, I find it infinitely more believable that the school administration told him to remove his hat because of school policy instead of his political views.

>Logan Autry

More like Logan Autist, ammirite?

A 3rd grader shouldn't be worried about politics. Look at that autism in those baby pictures where's he a full blown Sup Forums bro.

He'll be on here someday, no doubt.

Imagine how different the reaction would be if it was about a dress and not a Trump hat.

>implying schools let anyone discuss political views that could be considered inflammatory and provocative because some little Pablo might get hurt.

True, but still irrelevant in the context of this specific story.

Don't give a voice to false flag controversy, it's as bad as liberals who paint swastikas on their cars and call up their local news.

If that were the case, then they would have stated that reason. plus, the kid wore the hat for three days, and their just now enforcing this ban because of "safety concerns". school kikes at their finest

Because anyone expressing their political opinion through clothing should be bullied topkek

Wrong, this should be the same way schools cant hold organised prayer but students still can. Schools should not force political opinions on people but still let it to be expressed

>If that were the case, then they would have stated that reason.
They stated that it was a safety concern.
And since the parents have willingly charged the school with responsibility for the safety of their child, then I see no problem with it.

Don't send your kids to school with a MAGA hat just to make them a martyr in your attack on Trump supporters narrative. It's not necessary when they'll happily attack you in the street.

>religious reasons
Wearing a burqa of Hijab is not a requirement by Islam per se. If it were they would all do it no?

There was no account of this child being forced to accept a political opinion.

He was told to remove his hat "for his safety".

Irrelevant of whether it's bullshit, if you're trying to make a point, this is the wrong way to do it. The kid has no legal right to wear a hat in school if the school administration deems it a hazard, for whatever reason.

Whats also funny his dog eat his hat LeL

>Irrelevant of whether it's bullshit, if you're trying to make a point, this is the wrong way to do it. The kid has no legal right to wear a hat in school if the school administration deems it a hazard, for whatever reason.
Please fuck off scholomo trying to brain wash us into being mindless Jewish drones
>inb4 some shitty reply
your posts are now hidden

Not even close. I'm just saying that wearing a burqa or something is not explicitly in the Koran. It's just an interpretation by some people to maintain modesty

based kid

>le safespace
Reddit-tier.

>after it caused security concerns.
>it

That's it folks, the hat caused the concern. Not the morons that decided to harass this kid, no, they dindu nuffin.

I'll say it again.

The kid has no legal right to wear a hat in school if the school administration deems it a hazard, for whatever reason.

Homeschool your kids if you don't approve of the practices of state funded babysitters.

Bullying is acceptable if liberals do it.

Destroying this rotten school system should be a priority, but that doesn't mean we abandon our rights when we enter them.

We, the taxpayers, pay for them. They are government institutions. They have a legal obligation to respect our rights the same as any other branch of government, and should be held to task.

> Don't send your kids to school with a MAGA hat just to make them a martyr in your attack on Trump supporters narrative. It's not necessary when they'll happily attack you in the street.

The kid just wanted to wear a hat for his favorite candidate, and wouldn't have been a problem unless some fucking beaners and liberals get offended. and i should not be afraid to wear that hat because people will attack me.

In our community we banded together to support an independent charter school.

It was the best thing we did for our children and the state-funded babysitters test results are plummeting through the floor because only the shitheads with irresponsible parents more concerned with not wanting their kids in school uniforms are left.

We're quite satisfied with our results though.

>but that doesn't mean we abandon our rights
What rights?
Your kids don't have rights.
They are subject to the authority of the school district, and the parents are voluntarily subjecting their child to that.

thats not real is it?

The fuck. What school lets you wear hats in class?

Try none ever.

Yes, actually they do. Kids are people too.

if he's aryan then I'm aryan

I thought you have to be a german to be aryan. he looks like a little european mix like me.

Your kids don't have the right to wear hats in school.

educate yourself firstamendmentcenter.org/it’s-elementary-children-have-first-amendment-rights-too

truthfully you can't wear hats to school. Give the brat a reality check and teach him to control his power level.

that kind of political advertising during school is uncouth, classless. There's a time and place.

why are you applauding him for acting like a retard?

honestly thats what more americans are dude, i have Italian, Ukrainian, english, scottish, irish, french-canadian, and polish and i look like a euro mixture, you probably are a diverse mix of european ethnicities too

I see plenty of Bernie shirts around my college campus.

another victim of Trump's racism
that kid's father should be send to jail for indoctrinating his son
poor kid he has no other choice than become a mass murderer now, that's sad

>Typical Trumptard

thats not how you change hearts and minds faggot, public school is an absolute joke now anyway

Cool source bro.

See mine.

>The Governing Board believes that appropriate dress and grooming contribute to a productive learning environment. The Board expects students to give proper attention to personal cleanliness and to wear clothes that are suitable for the school activities in which they participate. Students' clothing must not present a health or safety hazard or a distraction which would interfere with the educational process.

>The Board recognizes that, in order to promote student safety and a positive school climate, the staff, parents/guardians and students must be involved in the development of the dress and grooming code.

>The schools, in concurrence with the school site council may develop a dress and grooming code which exceeds the district's minimum dress code.

fresnounified.org/board/policies/Policies/fusd/displaypolicy/144020/5.htm

wasn't the hat trashed by the family dog?

source?

After reading some posts written by American posters, I can only agree with you

>literally thinks that the policy set by the governing board of the school trumps the US Constitution.

If the parents aren't prepared to elevate it into a lawsuit then it falls right into the giant pile of "potential cases where unconstitutionality is evident but nobody cares enough to do anything about it".

They are creating so many Hitlers

Besides, since when does anybody give a shit that California does unconstitutional shit?

In addition to this, the policy they are citing in defense of their request that the child remove his hat is in fact the same policy that justifies them requesting students to remove apparel featuring marijuana leaves.

So it's gonna be a difficult case to make when literally everyone around you believes that it's okay to violate the constitution for the right reasons.

That's the way a Republic works user. No one has any rights unless they are willing to stand up and be a test case.

And when more people become enlightened about how fucking free they are to solve their own problems, we'll have ourselves a second Revolutionary War and eliminate all the cowards, niggers, and spics.

But I'm not crossing my fingers on that happening today.

he gonna shoot up his school for sure
