Golly Gee Wilikers! This proves we were emperors and the like in ancient China!
>In 1988, in a room in the Ürümchi Museum in Xinjiang, China, Professor Victor H. Mair of Pennsylvania University stumbled upon one of the greatest Chinese archaeological discoveries of all time: Caucasian mummies.
This is well known for decades, althought for some reason is a kind of taboo.
Not only the aryan civilizations of the Tarim Basin and all of Northwestern China, that are well known and documented, but also isolated aryan people being in a kind-of-caste system of the earlier China in a similar way to India.

No but it's still interesting. It's unfortunate that racial nationalism so often gets in the way of serious discussion about ancient populations.

China was founded by Europeans.

Also this. A real thing like the ancient presence of aryan or caucasoid populations in Asia can't be minorized as a claim of a few neo-nazi retards.
Today it's still a "lost episode" of our history, and I'm pretty sure there is a juicy story in all of this. And, in my opinion, it's related in the later split that ended up in the indian subcontinent.

>A real thing like the ancient presence of aryan or caucasoid populations in Asia can't be minorized as a claim of a few neo-nazi retards it isn't tho the tocharians split relatively early from the proto-indo-europeans

It implies that whites were in eastern china too.
white men built the ancient first Chinese dynasties
Julian Moore
lol no. Indo-Europeans built their own city states in the Tarim basin completely independent of Chinese civilization.
Adrian Phillips
the closest thing youll find to this is the tocharians that seem to have done their own thing being buddhists and shit

They're not disappear, you've just know them by different name; Uighur, and they've converted to Islam

All the times when China was advanced and powerful (eg. the Tang Dynasty) happened when Caucasian invaders founded a dynasty. Whenever native Chinese ruled, the country stagnated.

ITT : user who dont know the geography of China and thinks where they found the mummies was anywhere near the Yellow River where Chinese civilization began.
Where they found the mummies was in Xinjiang in westernmost region of China which borders Krygystan, Tajikstan, Afghanistan and Pakistan. user doesnt know there was the giant region called Gobi Desert that was the natural border than separated China with the rest of the world for millennium. Xinjiang is west of the Gobi Desert.
Josiah Perez
Cherrypicking. Modern Uighurs are descendants of Turkic conquerors who culturally assimilated the Tocharians after conquest. SNP analysis reveals modern Uighurs are genetically only of about 50% Western Eurasian stock, and most of them look more mongoloid than Caucasoid. They also no longer speak an Indo-European language. This is correct.

it is just amazing to me how uneducated Westerners are about China.
China has the Gobi Desert to the West, the Himalayas to the SW which prevented India & China from interacting with each other, and to the north, the Chinese built the Great Wall to try to keep out the steppe people/Mongols. When people like the OP say they found mummies in Xinjiang which is basically Central Asia. WOW ... amazing revelation - there are caucasian people in Central Asia.
Picture of Afghan children.

This is mostly the fault of highly inadequate history programs in US public schools. However, many US private schools today offer somewhat more substantial instruction in the history and languages of East Asia than was previously the case.
