what does that mean?
So like you want recs or...?
It's a general, user.
Post anything pertaining to industrial or noise and we can talk about it.

"It's sick, it's sick, let it die"
Nothing short of a total war
I really want to buy the new Chris Carter modules but at the end of the day they almost just sound like a circuit bent volca
>first-wave industrial
Are you familair at all with the Gristleizer guitar pedals? Would those be worth bothering an electrician to make?
Any good new industrial? All I find these days is either techno industrial or borderline power electronics.

This song puts me into an uncontrollable, but satisfactory rage. What an experience must it have been to read this monstrosity of a band live. I didn't even realize the track was on Leichenschrei. The versions are radically different.

>Gristleizer guitar pedals
Aren't those extremely rare?
well godflesh released a new lp last week.
tenuous link, but one nonetheless.
Thoughts?
They couldn't be. There are circuit schemes online.
Ah, ok then. I'm not good with electronics so I'll still skip building one, but it's cool that it's out there.
Bump
Maybe as a passion project. The circuits just aren't particularly interesting which is what even makes them harder to justify in a modular format where they're up against things like ciat lombard and whimsical raps that go so far beyond anything in traditional synth design.
I've asked for recommendations here, but all I've gotten are either noise/power electronics artists or industrial metal bands. Nothing particularly interesting. Here are some recommendations:

Are the gristleizer modules worth getting?
Based on their uniqueness alone, I would try bothering an electrician for a guitar pedal. I don't think anyone will build a monstrosity of this level just as easily, or at all.
Anyone know some danceable but abrasive stuff like Bastard that doesn’t sound like castrated 90’s industrial?

Bumping with this unbelievably inspiring video and before unseen footage of COUM.

Prurient drops the new album next week
Depends on what you consider industrial. No one is going to make a new TG album thatbsoinds like First Annual, because there is no reason to. The methods and technology refined and became more accessible, so people split into subgenres.
I'll check out that Prurient release. Need to get more into it, I've only listened to Bermuda Drain so far.
Probably not the best release to start with, it looks like he's going to shift heavily toward ambient, probably even more so than the last album.
I'm going to release my first noise album sometime in the next few months, hopefully I can shill it here when the time comes. The industrial threads are less and less common nowadays.
Noise albums are dime a dozen now.
And?
Your sales pitch has less chance of succeeding.
Nigga it's noise, do you think I'm trying to sell out stadiums? I'm making it for fuj and because making music is one of the last things I can do in my health, not to get famous.
My real point was - why not put more effort in?
>le hurr no effort meme
I make industrial techno punk

probably not for utility, maybe for novelty.
