Do you actually just eat that?

on an average working day:

oatmeal, apple and tea with biscuits

baked potato or sweet potato with veggies, or leftovers

maybe something done in the crockpot like a stew or chili, other nights baked chicken or fried pork chop with mashed potato and veg

Good morning.
My breakfast today will be tea and fried bread slices dumped in eggs and yoghurt, with a side of white cheese.
On a busier day breakfast is a B grade energy drink and old Sabaton songs.
