I like the one you posted as well, a lot of American CoA tend do look very forced, this one dosn't.
Also Łódzkie vojevodship has a interesting CoA since it's a hybrid one connecting the 3 smaller historical regions that are part of it, thus the stripes.

What the hell, what's described in this book is fucked up. I have no idea why you're so much interested in that but it is nice. Poland and France have much more common history than what we may think.
The horrors described in the book explain the political exception of Vendée though: they've always been extremely wary of the Republic and stick to themselves a lot which makes them unique.
