fantastic soundtrack

Not as terrible as Revenge Of The Sith

>that copypasted track from fucking harry potter

This

Also Natalie Portman. She's fucking beautiful.

Plus, I don't get the hate for Hayden. I think he's a decent actor, he just had to work with a shitty script AND Lucas's micromanagement. The other actors were given slight autonomy in their roles, but not Hayden because he was literally the main character and George had to control every fucking action and facial expression.

He gets too much shit, like that Jake Lloyd kid, gotta feel sorry for them.

Something nice about this movie.

Gladiator scene was decent
Portman is fine as fuck
Obi wan looks much better and like obi wan than he did in episode 1

Jango Fett was kind of cool

This movie is so fucking hard to sit through, it's around the same length as The Phantom Menace but it feels like 3 hours

Its better than marvel movies, mad max fury road, spring breakers, refn garbage, nolan garbage etc

1999-2005 was williams' prime

Clones

AOTC > Captain america civil war > drive > 2001: a space odyssey > ghostbusters (2016)

>nolan garbage
HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO REDDIT

Sand as a villain was kind of original.

No forced sociopolitical agenda

Effects weren't bad.
Planet, costume, alien, just about every design was on point and imaginative, really the basis of good star wars feel.
Battle of Geonosian looked neat.
Death Star plans looked neat.
Dropping 9 year old Anakin was good.
Taken raider massacre was neat, Anakins whine/rant afterwards was not neat.
Clones being the og stormtroopers was a cool idea, but it's a concept normies can't wrap their heads around.
CGI was definitely overused, but I'd rather have a fake set that looks cool and imaginative over a real set that just looks boring.

I like it more than TPM, Clones, vidya games, Portman is sexy, tusken genocide, Obi-Wan's detective adventure, cinematography, Gennedy, and finally TCW even though it released after RoTS.

This sound effect was cool

Sahsmic chargas

It's not worse than TFA

its unironically my favourite star wars film

which?

Chris Lee gives a half-decent performance, and it isn't the worst thing he's ever appeared in.

Natalie Portman's midriff

youtube.com/watch?v=eTez5qTYGnc

It has prime Hershlag

interesting to say the least

kek what a pleb

It does but shes overrated literally cant act

we got some god tier vidya from it

The car chase scene was hella intense lol

The great Christopher Lee, and that's it. Because Mr. Lee was incapable of giving a bad acting performance, no matter how bad the movie.

I liked the Obi-Wan mystery story arc.
John Williams did a nice job.
Portman was hot.

Set up the clones, aka the only good thing to come out of the entire franchise.

yes
tummy

Best Star Wars

Topkek

It ends

I didn't mind the Gladiator scene. Up until the jedi mass battle.
Dooku had the possibility to be a good villain

lel

Natalie Portman is hot

Anakin killing sand people is American film's best redpilled scene since The Searchers

Dooku was cool and introduced a new lightsaber form to the canon

>Say something nice about this movie
It was far better than TPM

this too

Reddit is literally Nolan's personal fanclub
They think baneposting is done affectionately

Ewan McGregor and Christopher Lee are both supremely talented and great casting decisions.

Casting Samuel L. Jackson as Mace Windu is the kind of risk you're never going to see a tentpole franchise like this take ever again.

It would've been funny if while Boba was holding his father's helmet, his decapitated head falls out.

Clone armor design was pretty rad

How did he get it out? It was clearly stuck inside.

>Natalie Portman

John Williams has made a career out of ripping off other people's works so it's fitting that he eventually did it to himself.

fuck now i wanna see this movie again.

Probably fired a disruptor in there on a low setting and disintegrated his head or something.

youtube.com/watch?v=dylqDO4uEXc
it looks really fucking good
good use of color

good sound design too, probably one of the better sounding star wars
youtube.com/watch?v=dVcW11GoBD0

also see jango fett's seismic charges

KYS

jango fett was kinda cool.
the idea of clones was kinda cool, if not fantastically implemented.
obi wan was in it

It birthed great memes

keked

I loved it as a little kid as I am certain everyone else did.

>Death Star plans looked neat.
I don't remember that plotline at all. :(

Lucas set out to advance what he believed should be the future of moviemaking technology. The prequels, as mediocre to bad as they are, pioneered a lot of the omnipresent CGI visual effects of movies today for better or worse. The Prequels are basically tech demos under the guise of movies.

What's more, Lucas stopped at three movies. He didn't want to pump them out with no end in sight until Kingdom Come.

These are not great positives but they are something.

They weren't in the main computer.

Agreed. The prequels all have great scores.

>just noticed Mace Window

Would've been nice to jizz inside Hershlag.

Space suitcases.

The Obi-Wan vs Jango fight is the best in the prequels. The space battle that followed was good too.

This, they might have been bad films but a least they weren't PC diversity bullshit like 7

It's spaceoperakino.
