This was so fucking good
This was so fucking good
I disagree but I respect your opinion.
Torture porn was too much, just because the guy had to be a monstruous caricature.
It really wasn't. It started out pretty strong, and got progressively less interesting with every plot twist. By the time the blind guy was in full supervillain-mode, knocking girls up with turkey basters, I'd completely checked out
Why do directors feel the need to try SO HARD to be shocking and unexpected? It has the opposite effect that they're going for. They could've made a MUCH better movie than this if they'd stuck with the "blind, angry veteran vs. home invaders" premise.
I thought it was pretty good desu senpai.
What did you dislike about the movie, my friend
It was fucking stupid how you sympathize with the blind guy so they turn him into some kind of fucked up breeder for no reason.
I disagree but I don't respect your opinion.
Wait, what?
See, I didn't find the guy to be a caricature supervillain. His actions in the final act still seemed relatable since it is clear that he has psychological damage and severe PTSD
They wanted to keep his character still morally gray by having him say "I'm no rapist" ergo the filmmakers didn't want him to be a total asshole
would have been better if we saw jane levy panty!
Pretty much what annon said. But the characters I hated them. I wanted the blind guy to win, up til the twist about the kidnapped chick. Then I wanted everyone to die. I will say all the technical stuff was good like lighting pacing and especially sound
Nah. Those retards could have burglarized the house while he was outside by day and nothing of the shitstorm by night would have happened.
Hard to believe I'm on Sup Forums seeing comments like this
Right since they said that all the houses near him were abandoned
it's good, but i was expected more
To me, it would've been less gross if he'd just raped her. I don't think the filmmaker was even going for "morally grey" at that point, I got the impression he was like "rape scenes have been done before, but you haven't seen THIS shit have you??" It was obviously meant to be as grotesque as possible
No, any moral grey area was pretty much gone as soon as they found the girl in the basement. From that point on, it was pretty much just another "can the kids escape the evil guy" movie, and it was basically irrelevant that the whole thing started with a home invasion.
The biggest piece of crap in this movie was Rocky, which is why the ending is so satisfying
Wait what?
Rocky survives but is in a moral dilemma
How is that satisfying? (I mean it is, but not under the premise if you hate her)
Because a theme of the movie was greed
She wanted everything, steal that guys money which he received through legitimate ways she later deluded herself into believing it was somehow her right to take it and capture/slay/arrest the ptsd creep vet
You can't have it all darling
Hency why the ending was good
Great little actress
Is it me or does she look like frog girl
SHUT THE FUCK UP FAGGOT YOUR OPINION IS OBJECTIVELY WRONG, EAT SHIT.
