I'd imagine pretty high between the actors and the director since obviously, the director has scenes in mind and he has his crew position the cameras to capture it. improvisation is probably encouraged to make it natural, but likely limited.
whereas in porn they don't really have complex rigs, and it's just either a handheld and or one stationary camera.
