I know right!?

Enthusiasm is considered passé here, where cynicism rules, but you're right. We're lucky to have a clever sci-fi series of such quality.

Yeah, it's pretty good familia.
I'm glad we can finally appreciate its wonder.

>DUDE MY GF IS AN IPHONE LMAO

Literally Mashable: The Show

Oh well, we had a good 4 post combo.
*gives you 1 star*

Yes, welcome to a month ago.
And yes, its 10/10

>DUDE TECHNOLOGY IS BAD LMAO

Sort of, sometimes it's 50/50 like

i bought into the hype and watched the first season. its very fucking awful and while being as transparent as it is it feels like made for dummys.
did i miss something? is the first season just awful and it gets that much better ?

>did i miss something?

No, you fit in. As was your goal.

It's probably the most overrated, cringeworthily pretentious show I've ever seen.

It's like if redditors tried to write an episode of the Twilight Zone, but because they're too thick to come up with something creative they grandstand on issues they feel matter in the grand scheme of thing but really don't

you should have posted this to /r/television for your upvotes, redditor

Fuck off luddite.

More like Black Reddit lmao

tripfag cunt

more like 10+ 4/10 sci-fi films in one.

I love how naively dismissive you are, especially in propping up the Twilight Zone, as if you're familiar with its own plots, which were progressively idiosyncratic in a similar way.

It's like a show written by people who think social media is the entire world

that's actually a really good way to describe it. it's boring and unintelligent, and the only people I've ever seen like it are pretentious teenagers who are still in their anarchist/marxist phase of political development

I haven't watched any episodes of Black Mirror. Can I jump directly into the new ones that Netflix produced or do I need to start at the beginning?

satan trips get check'd

I just watched this and I spent the entire movie repeating the words "This is reddit, this is memes, this is reddit, this is memes..." under my breath.

I fucking hated it. I was writhing around on the floor in front of my sofa for the last 30 minutes it was so painful.

>Ayy what if cellphones but too much lmao
If you liked it you're in the wrong place

>the only people I've ever seen like it are pretentious teenagers who are still in their anarchist/marxist phase of political development

Cute!

S1E1 is a very good enty into the show, and can keep you going through the bad ones to find the gems. S3E1 is kinda shit; I wouldn't tell someone to start there.

s3 is shit so start at the beginning.

No, season 3 is popular so you could avoid it completely

why don't you ask reddit, redditor?

mmmmh.... smells like a retard underage idiot retard shit

It's obviously for internet normies but that doesn't mean it's bad. It probably really makes them think.

>le social media allegory
>science fiction

oh boy, I bet you're a fan of mr redditbot too

how can you be so paranoid about MUH PRECIOUS TECHNOLOGY (ie shit posting on Sup Forums and watching lots and lots of porn all day or playing bad vidya) that you have to attack a series built around interesting nightmare scenarios involving excessive use of technology

"UUHHH TECHNOLOGY CAN NEVER BE BAD" "UHH YOU ARE POINTING OUT OBVIOUS REAL WORLD DANGERS OF TECHNOLOGY WHAT ARE YOU A LUDDITE (/returns to the pornodrome for 10 consecutive hours)

>It's a """""message"""""" episode

DROPPED

Just because I am a pretentious teenager and an still in my anarchist/Marxist phase doesn't mean my taste in shows is invalid.

its not meant for kids

Why did S3 end with the two worst episodes of the season?

>Black Christmas episode
wtf I hate women now
>Men Against Fire episode
wtf I hate turks now
>Shut Up and Dance episode
wtf I hate CP now
>Playtest episode
wtf I hate Japs now
>Nosedive episode
wtf I hate normies even more now

Honestly it's hit and miss for me. Sometimes they touch on something interesting but the rest of the time it's like watching tech illiterate normies trying to explain what future tech will be like and how different the world will be. It's just so dumb and wrong at times I almost feel embarrassed for everyone involved.

The last one I watched was the kid who gets blackmailed into doing a whole bunch of bullshit and at the end the hackers sent everyone a ebin trollface indicating that they did all this shit for the lulz and to be ebin trolls. There is a huge misconception here. Nobody would ever put in all that time and effort orchestrating this fucking web of extortion for no personal gain outside a chuckle. They had the kid rob a fucking bank but the don't even collect it, even calling it a prize for whoever wins the fight. The writers obviously think trolls and hackers are these chaotic entities that would stop at nothing to ruin lives but the reality is no one would have the patience to set up all this bullshit just for a laugh. In fact they could have gotten much more out of their targets if they didn't drop their leverage on them for the lulz and used it to bleed them dry financially. I don't think I'll go on, this season has been pretty shit and this episode really bugged me.

>That episode where the woman get's a sexbot replicate of her dead man
>While standing on the cliff, he was just a tiny bit real enough to never let him go

underrated post

>ywn be this stupid
Feels good man

I actually rated it 5 stars

i don't like this show either but you're a dumb faggot holy shit

Still upset over castro kicking the bucket, tarquin?

The only one I disliked was the one where everybody rates eachother.

Ok I get what you're trying to say, I got it after 2 minutes, then there's nothing interesting for the rest of the episode

>wtf I hate CP now
The episode made Kenny et al. too sympathetic. Bronn in particular did nothing wrong. You come away disliking the troll hackers more.

>wtf I hate Japs now
Cooper shouldn't have turned his phone on.

this is pure garbage

>You come away disliking the troll hackers more

That's the point though

Yeah, I liked it a lot too, even if the episodes are hit and miss.

Black Mirror is like a box of chocolates, y'know?

I just watched San Junipero. I kinda like season 3 so far, but this shit, except music, was atrocious. It does not fit in the series at all. Also who the fuck find vanila lesbian romance interesting?

I just finished watching the White Christmas episode as I finally have some time to watch Season 3.

Oh my fucking god that's horrifying. That's like... 1,440,000 years. I can't even wrap my head around that madness.

I always thought getting a confession outta the clone was dumb but damn that episode was great

>Also who the fuck find vanila lesbian romance interesting?
Half this board, apparently.

S3 is dogshit

White Christmas is shit.

Avoid season 3, it's too mainstream for cinéma connoisseurs like us.

You take that back. It has a 76% on rotten tomatoes.

Here
I'll give you a little hint

All the episodes where the technology fucks up?
It's never actually the technology that fucks up.

The point of the show isn't that TECHNOLOGY sucks
It's that HUMANITY sucks around the tech.

>There is a huge misconception here. Nobody would ever put in all that time and effort orchestrating this fucking web of extortion for no personal gain outside a chuckle.

Hi.

I think you missed the point of the trolls. They obviously had a set of morals and wanted to punish those they had caught breaking those morals. Did you miss the part where the boy turned out to be a pedophile? It was internet vigilantism - pretending to be blackmail.

they could have just sent the guy to the woods at the beginning to fight the other pedo. and send that other guy to rob the bank by himself. but, no you gotta watch almost 1 hour "take the cake here", "hurry up" bullshit

Or maybe you're just an unmotivated piece of shit who thinks that nobody ever does anything that needs more effort than lifting a finger does. Yeah it would be hard to organize that whole ordeal, but it wouldn't require superhuman levels of effort, and it would be pretty fun to watch. Also, as another user pointed out, the hackers were motivated by a sense of justice, so blackmailing their victims for money wasn't really an option for them. They are also likely rich anyway, since they could afford that drone with the camera and the car, pistol, etc.

>they are rich because they could afford a drone, a camera, a car and a pistol

how old are you? 12?

Yeah they could have just sent him to beat some guy to death in a forest instead of making him commit crimes all day thus making him more likely to go through with actually killing the other man. And obviously they could have just sent the other guy to rob a bank alone without a getaway driver. God you're so dumb it hurts.

I meant that they could afford to waste all that money (the only thing they could have kept is the drone). What counts as rich is subjective but they are definitely well off.

It's hard to take the show seriously when it's so biased politically. It feels too much like getting preached to.

>Yes, i'll ignore all those other valid points and go for the only one i can make him sound stupid with!

>And obviously they could have just sent the other guy to rob a bank alone without a getaway driver. God you're so dumb it hurts.

What do you mean? The police is going to get him anyway.

In general it's easier to rob a bank and not get caught immediately if you have a getaway driver, and the hackers aren't omniscient, remember that they have their victims take photos of each other to confirm they actually did what they were supposed to do, so they are gonna choose the option that is more foolproof. And he won't necessarily get caught, I mean he is just driving the car that's not even his own.
By the way, another reason for having them rob a bank together is that the winner of the fight has to get the money, so it's more practical to send Kenny to get the money too. It may seem silly, but the hackers really want them to fight to the death instead of just saying fuck it and letting them release the videos and other dirt they have on them, so they are going to give them all the incentives they can to fight.

I also forgot to add that if there are two people in the car then they are more likely to go through with the robbery, because if one of them isn't sure about it but the other definitely wants to do it then he is gonna convince the first one to go through with it. For example, if they only sent Kenny, he would have most likely pussied out. Of course you said that they should have sent Hector alone and not Kenny, but they couldn't have told whether he is gonna pussy out, I mean they don't know any of these people IRL, so they have no idea what their personality is like.

I started watching this show at Season 3

Was it a mistake?

So far it's p. Comfy tho...

The seasons aren't connected in any way besides some small Easter eggs.

Season 2 is better.
Biased in what way?

>Season 2
Waldo brings it all the way down.

I bet if the roles were reversed in that episode, dude would have been fucking stoked to have a fully realistic sexbot of Hayley Atwell. Or at least that was what I was thinking.

More like a series of 4/10 films with an occasional 6/10 in the mix.

>he doesn't like The Waldo Effect
...but it ALL came true

one of them was a futa
do you like it now fag

Watched all of em over the holiday. Play test was top notch. And history of you was breddy goot. Rest were different combinations of weak, suck, and le white man.

Oh and the Christmas one broke my heart.

It's one of those shows you enjoy until you realize what their audience is.

>oh wow this is a character I really can relate too
>turns out he was a pedo all along
Hit closer to home that I expected
Now I cover my webcam all the time

>that one when the guys realized he was cuck
holy shit this show is red pilled as fuck.
Never trust hoes.

wtf i hate facebook now

It's like a twilight zone show but only focuses on gloomy technological and social media related 'what-ifs'.
Pretty cool
