Endorsements are one thing - every president generally does them and there is no harm in it. But the kind of hardcore campaigning Obama has signaled is a different kettle of fish altogether.
He's always been more interested in campaigning than assuming the duties of president, so it fits within his modus operandi, but it really conveys a dynastic nepotistic feeling. On the presidential time and dime instead of assuming the duties of the president he is more interested in going about the country using taxpayer money to lobby for Hillary.
