The stalled Akira and Bebop adaptions would probably get revived.

We're getting Battle Angel regardless of how well it does so that one doesn't really count.

Akira or something low-risk like that which already exists as what is essentially a film so they can ape and """reference"""(rip off) as much as possible

spirited away by Tim Burton

la blue girl

Boko No Pico from David Fincher

Dragon Ball cinematic universe

Naruto when?

Cast him

i vomited

Akira with Kanye West as Colonel Shikishima.

the rock

...

This is basically Drive but more autistic

Get Dylan Obrien BIG

One of Satoshi Kon's movies or his tv show.

I could actually see people killing themselves if Paranoia Agent were adapted competently

EVA
Gundam
Sailor Moon

It would become a box office hit and a worldwide meme like anonymous V mask.

by Michael Bay

Fuck yes Gundam would be great

Berserk by Tarantino. Imagine those battle scenes.

Henry's Magical Chess Game

Henry teams with the ghost of a chess grand master that fought the commies during the Cold War to help America win the chess world series.

Get the fuck outta here Tarantino would be so fucking awful for Berserk

All depends on which Gundam they chose to adapt however.

To pro nazi for normies.

>Berserk by Tarantino
Please no, Berserk is far more suited for someone like Ridley Scott or someone with a background in period pieces and the fantastic.

Probably another attempt at dragon ball or if GiTs dose well akira

Who would you cast as Mint?

I'm 100% certain it'd be Mobile Suit Gundam and that'd be dope

Cowboy Bebop. It would be like Firefly except it actually lives up to the hype and praise.

Too "boring". Hollywood would never touch anything else Oshii was involved in.

>watching cartoons

fucking man child. learn to build a table

>that'd be dope
You'd be 100% right about that, but who would play Char?

i'll never fit a jap girl's boob

She kicks high.

Totoro

Monster would work if some European company got a hold of it.

Gosling, OBVIOUSLY!

Too old.

I WANNA HAVE A PURE TIME
EVERYONE'S A NOBLE MIND

Some normiecore like Attack on Titan or Sword Art

Pretty sure Guillermo del Toro is making it as a tv series starring Benicio del Toro

I want to see Mazinger Z or Cutie Honey.

The Rapeman

NGE.
It wont be a faithful adaption of the anime, but it will make the angels appear frightening, make the eva's go from cool to grotesque, and make the characters somewhat depressing.
Misato and Ritsuko will be the two best girls.

It's so mind boggling how much they got wrong in Dragonball Evolution.

Did those movie execs only look at the basic idea of the show and went "Yeah, we can do that except less Japanese."

please shoot me

Wicked City or any other 80s anime would be pure kino if handled correctly.

What 1992 movie?

only problem is that they would get probably that annoying faggot Ezra miller to play shinji

Joking aside, this would make a great hard sci-fi tv show like The Expanse on Syfy or that Mars series on Nat Geo.

how about michael cera?

Apparently its going to be on HBO, but no one has heard about the status of the project for awhile now it feels like. Also whenever Del Toro is attached to anything there's like a 75% chance he'll pull out of it because he's gets bored or hired for another project.

>live-action Berserk
Kill me now.

planetes was fucking great
im calling nolan right now :^)

Shinji is like 13

I liked the hard science fiction aspects of Planetes, but it had a lot of shortcomings. A loose American adaptation might even be better, if it was handled by competent people.

Ori and the Blind Forrest is pretty much this.

The gameplay more than makes up for it though.

how far apart was the last frame made from the rest in real time?

Idris Elba

In the context of the Universal Century timeline? About six years or so, Zeta took place in UC 0087 and CCA was in UC 0093.

>not Brian Singer

>Guillermo del Toro
This guys needs to stop everything he's doing and just fucking go away

I'll take Yu Yu Hakusho by Peter Jackson but only after 7 years of preparation

>Cowboy Bebop directed by Ridley Scott

>Akira directed by James Cameron

>Evangelion (never, Anno will never sell this IP to Hollywood)

>Gundam directed by Del Toro

>Jin-Roh directed by Nolan

>Tekkon Kinreet dieected by Steven Spielberg

>Space Dandy directed by Scorsese

>YURA-MESSSSSY

I meant between when the people who made gundam wrote the two scenes. I guess I should also ask if the last frame/the other frames appear immediately like that in the series, or if they were stitched together by a fan. i.e. was this an intentional scene or just a coincidence and would have been picked up on watching.

cena

he meant in term of real life production

NO UR A MESSY

>Sailor Moon

This is really ripe to be brought back into the west's general consciousness. Crystal may be dull as fuck, but some crazy live action adaptation would be worth making just out of the hope that it might be entertaining either way.

Channing Tatum

They've been stitched together from two different moments, the majority of the picture is from Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam, the successor sequel series to the original Gundam which was made in 1985. The very last panel is from the movie, Char's Counter Attack, which was kind of an ending for the the Universal Century timeline stories of Amuro and Char that had built up to that point. It was released in 1988. All of it was still being written by Yoshiyuki Tomino at this point as well, he handled the majority of Gundam for quite awhile actually before letting others take over for a bit.

The Guyver starring Tom Hardy

I can't see how a live action Sailor Moon made in America could be anything other than a ridiculously shitty cringefest.

They tried turning into a western super hero movie.

>mfw Sailor Moon is played by a tranny

did they censor all the lewd stuff when localized?
never watched the american version

Cast 'em

They made an American Gundam movie in the early 2000's you know

Please no EVA

They censored a bath scene by making the water opaque, and they removed all the homosexuality. Those are the ones I know of.

It's gonna happen eventually. Better make piece with it now.

wait didnt they want to make an Akira movie ?

Shia LaBeouf as Parn.

extremely lewd kill la kill with bella thorne as ryuko and ryan newman as satsuki

>I can't see how a live action Sailor Moon made in America could be anything other than a ridiculously shitty cringefest.

Exactly the point.

Lel

Uzumaki

I thought it was mai the psychic girl which he almost adapted in the 90s

Oh no, please dont touch this its already perfection.

Nausicaa

Redline by George Miller

>Main character is named fuse
Real subtle guys.

It's a Japanese name.

>Jin-Roh directed by Nolan

REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

A live action series of LoGH would be the ultimate masterpiece.

One Punch Man.
To make the transition between capeshit and animeshit easier.

Besson is making Alita regardless of Ghost in Taco Bell's performance.

I can see a skinhead Michael Cera as Saitama.
