I can recommend East↔West Blast Test (e.g. "popular music for unpopular people" or s/t) and Ancient Chinese Secret ("caveat emptor", both featuring Chris Dodge from Spazz.
The first is a rather experimental noisy jazzgrind/whatever two-piece, the latter a crazed drums+bass+vox(male&female) thing, neither is what I'd consider pure powerviolence but both are pretty great.

The Czech band Sheeva Yoga might be worth checking out too, it's pretty solid powerviolence influenced by Spazz and a number of other bands, with some experimental jazziness thrown in on the earlier records.

yea i'm not a fan of people just throwing nazi accusations around, but anselmo just gets harder to defend. i get doing some stuff like that just to piss people off, like he's used as an excuse before, but his history doesn't help any defense that it's purely irony or too anger people.
