Why do Iberians have 4 names?
Why do Iberians have 4 names?
Other urls found in this thread:
beacuse they are shitskin moors
Paco Al Taliban Siesta de la Andaluz
two first names, then father's name and then mother's maiden name
my father has 3 names only tho. he doesn't have 2nd first name
Well why do you UnitedStatians have three names?
Two would be enough
But I have only three.
I have one name and three surnames.
English people also have 4 names. I know this because I've seen the full names of a lot of English celebrities. So I guess Americans are the snowflakes AGAIN.
ps: git gud like these

Why? Why do you need three surnames? Do you ever use all of them?
3 names is the best
Because I do.
My first surname is two surnames, is a bit weird. A lot of times I only use the first two.
Remove the 'h'.
\fact\
*First name* *Mother's surname* *Father's surname*
This is how you do it.
Do the Portuguese put their mother's surname first? What kind of matriarchal cuckery is that?
I'll admit it seems I was wrong I clicked a lot of guys and some of them have 3 names but some of them that have 4 or more:
Cristopher Lee = Sir Christopher Frank Carandini Lee
David Beckham = David Robert Joseph Beckham
Dominic Monaghan = Dominic Bernard Patrick Luke Monaghan
Hugh Laurie = James Hugh Calum Laurie
fathers surname ends up being the most important because nobody cares about the middle ones
every form you fill is *First name* *last name*
Whenever you're moms upset with you, she will sternly call u by the 2 first names.
It's kinda useful to have multiple names because u can chose the ones you like more. Just look at Tsuuuuuu, nobody calls him aveiro
Mfw I am called on by 3 of my names when they are envoking me.
...
Man that's pretty weird.
First name + Second name + Father lastname + Mother lastname
Americans typically do
> First + Middle + Father's Last Name
We never use the middle name except on formal documents and when your mother is pissed off at you
Don't they use the last name, as reference in Spen?
Like, here your will be called Joao Silva(last name from father side)
>when your mother is pissed off at you
Do they yell
>[MIDDLE NAME]!!!
or
>[FIRST + MIDDLE NAME]!!!!
You need to relax my fren
try listening to some Despacito
No. In Spain your first surname is your father's first surname, and your second surname is your mother's first surname. The first surname is more important because is the only one that will pass to the next generation.
>[FIRST + MIDDLE NAME]!!!!
When you hear this you know that you're in deep shit
You really fucked up when they don't use the shorter versions of names. Thought I think my mother used to do First Middle Last when I was in trouble.
>ywn have a clan name
>>Pedro de Alcântara João Carlos Leopoldo Salvador Bibiano Francisco Xavier de Paula Leocádio Miguel Gabriel Rafael Gonzaga
wew
I can't speak for the whole country but it happens here too but I guess it would be [FIRST NAME + SECOND NAME]
Because our names are generally like first name + second name + mother's surname + father's surname
>given name
>middle name of father or mother if boy or girl
>surname
But isn't that lacking in aesthetic proportion?
Not using the alpha and omega names seems aberrant to me.
Iberian master race reporting in.
Why, I only have one
just call me rafi
t. 3% iberian
there real non meme reason is their names and surnames are too similar, so they need 2 names and 2 surnames to be able to not be confused by someone from an institution reading names from a list.
Go to facebook and google any random Spanish name + surname
for example
Alberto Gutierrez
you will have an enormous shitload of results
But if instead it is Alberto Eduardo Gutierrez Mendoza, then you will have only 1 or very few results.
Argentines dont have that problem because we have varied surnames.
What's the picture with all the gene approximations?
most people I know have
(First name) + (Middle name) + (Last name)
save for a friend that has no middle name, and another one that had no middle name but two last names
Father's lineage is considered more important I guess.
>tfw i have 5
name - name- mother surname- 2 father surnames
In total all of my names are 54 characters
Renewing my driver's license/passport is a bitch.
>Why, I only have one
t. bastard child
That's kinda how it is in the US (not sure about other anglo countries). Mothers will use all three names when they're upset.
t.Noronha Souto Maior
Rich bastard B-)
Name > mother's last name > 2 father surnames
>implying this isn't an accurate representation of cultural regions
t. Pablo-Juan Jésus Maria.

Pedro de Alcântara João Carlos Leopoldo Salvador Bibiano Francisco Xavier de Paula Leocádio Miguel Gabriel Rafael Gonzaga, the Magnanimous, second emperor of the Empire of Brazil
My first name was the name of my great grandfather(paternal), second name is a new one, third one was of my great grandfather (maternal)
truly a patrician choice
That's actually anglos. We mostly only have one name.
>Stephen Delano Robert Eustace Deshawn Thompson
>Patricia Nicole Samantha Georgina Leigh
>Francis Louis George Mohammed jr. the III
>John Jay Jules Trevor McTrevorson-Smith
>Barbara Jean Reese Delabelle Witherspoon
>Franklin del ANO roosevelt
what did they mean by this
Anglos only have three names at most. Those are all weird celebs who make up names.
can you explain this ANO meme?
>mfw anglos think Jean and Andrea are women's names
Ano means anus.
thx fren
