No, we hate the idea of density so we don't build like that. There are few like that built as government housing but they're filled with blacks and are total shitholes.

what about you guys?

I haven't ever had bad experiences and I'm pretty sure nothing major has happened in my neighborhood besides a mugging some years ago but I do of course worry a little because of the stories you hear.

I guess its a nightmare for women though

commie block
or
trailer park

Hello Which one do you prefer? Small apartment VS big ass high rise mansion.

trailer park at least creates some sense of community
small apartment

i only hear bad stories about trailer parks but they look quite comfy. ideal for a simple life

Right now I'm in my hometown for the holidays and it just happens to be located in north Africa, so yeah, it gets pretty fucking intense.

Thanks god I live the rest of the year in the peninsula

Where I live isn't terribly violent, derros and islanders are most scary thing. Paramnatta has an odd blend of trash and wealthy with a bunch of immigrants.

trailer park. It looks comfy

Both looks shit

No, but the elevator often stinks of cigarette smoke. Fucking scum.

I don't even have an elevator.

>tfw comfortably middle class

Could not even fathom living in such a runt tower.

So you live in Melilla?
What are derros?

Depends on the commie block, some are pretty luxurious.

Our equivalent of trailer parks would be the "poblados" as in pic related, american trailer parks seem pretty comfy for what I've seen in movies and so on.

Trailer parks are filled with human refuse. Not to mention the health hazards from lack of proper insulation and other building code regulations

Young people who are poor, really dumb, have rats tails and drink and smoke a lot. They tend to ask everyone around them if they want to fight and seem to always have blond hair.

>american trailer parks seem pretty comfy for what I've seen in movies and so on.
They aren't. Filled with lower class trash. Alcoholics, obesity, and teenage pregnancy abounds.

Buying a trailer car and travelling worldwide was my dream and you just broke it

T.T

Ye, could be Ceuta too but they don't have as much slimes as we.

Don't worry about what he said, some are shit and some are very nice, just like any neighborhood

Oi m80, you got a durrie fer a derro?

not such thing as these kinds of commieblocks in mexico unless you count literal communist inspired apartment building built in the 60s
This the closest thing he have to commieblocks, commieflats I guess? It's perfectly made for the low income scum and one of these houses costs you the same as a car. Infonavit neighborhoods are little hells in earth and the faster you get out from one of these the better.

looks nice tbhq

Picrelated, my commieblock, completed in 1970. Apartments here were private property from the start and the building itself was built to higher-than-average standard since it was a military housing project. The building is meticulously maintained and we've seen some big investments recently, ie we have completely new elevators and the facade has been repaired a few times. Now we're looking to finance a big facade repair, need to repaint the whole goddamn thing since the white concrete panels haven't been painted since 1970 when the tower was new. The 25m2 studio here will cost you around 35,000€ and if you wanna buy a three-room unit prepare to fork over at least 120,000€!

So did you grow up there or did you buy an apartment recently?

of course commieblock

You forgot to mention the cockroaches.

get on my level

>apartment next to a trailerpark

Ehh I've bought an apartment here in 2013 and it was one of the best decisions in my life. I've lived in a 1980 block as a kid, then spent the following 27 years of my life in a 1937 tenement building (and hated every second of it), then in 2013 made a beeline back to the socialist utopia.

as far as "are you afraid of living here" well not really, it is in fact the other neighbors who are afraid of me lol.

it's not when your next door neighbor is either an alcoholic that one night will stab her wife or a literal burglar that won't hesitate to stab you if he suspects you have money. These places are rat's nests.
also these neighborhoods are 4 kilometers away from civilization in the cheapest possible land money can buy and the houses only last a couple of years before they start to crumble down.

and this is what separates the private property apartments from the social housing apartments. Some commieblocks I've seen here were downright yeowtch.

why are they afraid of you?

Because I'm a resident stoner and a few times I was so high that I couldn't find my own apartment. =D

>The 25m2 studio here will cost you around 35,000€
Wish it was this cheap here.

>live in first world country
>settle in trailer pack
Just how?

Is that why so many Mexican homes have high fences/walls? (Well, at least the ones I've seen on Google streetview)

p. much

not everyone can afford anything else dummy.

What are you on about? It's a bit more than 1k/m2 in almost all of Eastern Europe.

That bullshit that the other guy claims costs 35k costs 25k at most btw.

No
No

look I'm not going to argue you on this, but you should know that there are apartments and there are apartments. A good one in a nice building on a great location will cost you more than some 15th floor pantry in a run-down block in the boonies, surprise surprise. And do you know that the prices are offset, ie small apartments cost a LOT more per sq/m2 than bigger units?

Why do Sweden have so many commieblocks? I don't understand. Aren't Norway supposed to look to Sweden as an example? How is this leading by an example?

It's among the poorest possible parts of town, it has no infrastructure, and it's on the literal edge of the city. Even the Chinese live closer to the center.

piss in sweden? what

Norway on streetview looks more American than European. Since most of it is rural and even most of your towns are rather small so they have a rural feel to them.

I don't have time for this, props to you for making me respond in the first place.

Yes, Oslo being kind of a metropol, Bergen, Stavanger, and Trondheim being mid sized cities, and a couple of other "cities", the rest are small cities/towns with a lot of nature surrounding. Pic related is Norway's 9th biggest city, really makes you think. If you look at the rest of our cities, it's all downhill from here in terms of population.

Do you want me to show all these lovely foreigners the map and what it actually looks like?

sure, go ahead. but please don't neglect to mention the all-night bus and tram connections, the 24/7 pharmacy, the shopping mall and the museum, and that it's like 15 minutes by fucking bicycle to the town centre.

Wow siree Bob, a 24/7 pharmacy? Why that's some high society right there.

why do you live there? Houses in Sweden are piss cheap.

norway is reaching comfiness levels that shouldn't even be possible

>Houses in Sweden are piss cheap.
wat?

they're a wealthy country with a huge financial sector

around the capital and big cities.

they are cheap in rural areas where there aren't any jobs. in the cities, they're expensive as fuck.

Don't worry, Merkel's actions will destroy the comfiness it in time.
