Strategy notes: According to Mike Hull, Chip Ganassi's Chief Strategist. Race will require 4 stops with big windows of opportunity to come in. 22% of the race is generally yellow. Teams will lose 2+ laps on green stop due to the short nature of the track. New tires provide lap time & passing advantages, (so expect teams not to stay out on old tires as soon as they hit their desired fuel number, because they'll be losing time every lap on old tires)
