Download an entire discography

>download an entire discography
>nothing is labeled correctly
>mfw

>Thom Thom Yorke

>Tom Tom York

>download an entire discography because you liked a couple tracks
>only those tracks are actually good

>Download Punk / Noise Rock discography
>Labelled as "Avant-Garde"

It's way worse when it comes to classical. With most music you can just download the tags and fix the shit in few minutes.

>upload an old CD to music player
>[unknown album]
>[unknown artist]
>[track 01]

>download an entire discography
>albums are separated in two big files, no single tracks

>ask mom for brockhampton cd for christmas
>get bob hampton

>downloading from rutracker or other shit sources

>Album is a compilation of multiple different artists
>Every song gets put under a new artist

It fucking hurts

>scavenge the internet for an extremely rare album
>find one barely working link
>01_trackname_128kpbsmp3_[www.shitripblog.ru].mp3

listen to every song that i make

First world problems. Enjoy your fucking free music from russian pirate masters. you plebs.

>mfw

>tfw you finally get all the correct metadata for the LRD discog you snatched off rutracker years ago

>download a song
>the song is labeled as lyrics from the chorus and not the actual song title

Based mom

>download an album
>it's a 25th anniversary special edition japan release that has 20 bonus tracks

>download discography
>entire catalog is contained in a single audio file starting from the debut and proceeding in chronological order

i always intentionally fuck up the tags of anything i download before sharing it. idk why i even do it

Uncle Jun?

rutracker are good with tags from my experience.

There's this option in all decent music software, I recommend Mp3Tag anyday. Pic related is iTunes but you get the picture.

Sort by album not by album artist

Kek

nice

>download entire discography
>It's some itunes faggot format

>fucking mudhoney

>Buy an artists entire discography
>Everything is fine
>I enjoy it because I didn't impulse buy and looked into the music before spending money

What a forced reaction image, it doesn't allign with your text at all.

It's not really conveying anything

You /r/MDE fags are pathetic

>2 tracks on album
>unknown artist
>don't realize until after you put it on your phone and are listening to it.

>Tom Tom Club

Kek.

>download an album from slsk
>it's a vinyl rip with lots of crackling and sibilance

t. bugman

>download entire discography
>literally no tags whatsoever

That's why I use mp3 tag, made that process way easier

>download from Bandcamp
>genre tag empty
>album tag IN ALL CAPS, and includes the band name

I'd expect messed up tags from random torrents and uploads, but on fucking official channels?

Also, when ripping CDs and fetching metadata from CDDB
>artist name included in album title
>artist and/or album title in ALL CAPS
>release year at end of album title
>completely wrong genres
>artist name included in track titles
>album name included in track titles
>"(Live)" at the end of every fucking track title on *live* albums

>Beatles
>The Talking Heads
