These are not the baby-faced hot shots I remember idolizing and emulating a decade ago. These are hardened, grizzled veterans. Weathered titans. The giants by which all others will be measured. I'm still seeing the dichotomy between them that made me really love this rivalry and this sport. Masters of their craft. These are the best players of all time, and a level of dominance like this will not exist again in my lifetime. Both fierce competitors with differing styles and personalities, yet still have nothing but respect for each other. They're the antithesis of one another. Righty. Lefty. Calculated. Charismatic. Ice in his veins. Fire in his heart. Subdued. Loud. The matador. And the bull.
